McDonald’s

My 4^th visit in a row of having to pull forward and wait for food. Twice waiting on the kids nuggets, twice for fries. The nuggets could be understandable, but every combo meal comes with fries. How do you run out of fries?

This McDonald’s is the worse. every time I come here they never fix the ice machine and always out of tea. service is dam too slow. wait long ass time for just a simple cup of tea. The Hispanic manager is clumsy and gets wrong order and he acts cocky like he own the company.
Worst service ever tooo slow.

Food is fresh yet always slightly wrong. ALWAYS.
The play place is the best one around so we keep coming here.

The food is made fresh the place is hard to keep clean cause the amount of kids that pass threw my kiddos love the blue slides but the staff could be a little nicer the act like they hate there lives but the tall guy manager was very nice to everyone

As i sit here talking to the «manager «i see in her face an ‘i dont give a s*** face’ and walks away talking in spanish thinking i dont understand. Her words were «this pendejo wants us to turn on the frappé machine, yeah i told him it didnt work, i dont want to clean it again» to a coworker. I personally would fire you on the spot for behavior as such. This place is the worst McDonald’s and should clean the house and start with a store manager who actually would work well

Horrible they always forget the sauce for the nuggets and I had to wait 10mins for my food!!! And I gave the cashier a$ 50.44 for my food that was $ 19.44 he give me $ 1 back!!! I will go to another Mc Donald’s from now on!!!

I give this one 3 stars not for customer service but my daughter loves the play area so we keep coming back. It could be better it just seems they are either low staffed or lazy. Every time I have been here they’re out of ice in the lobby so you have to wait again to gets someone’s attention for them to fill it up behind the counter. Then… They left something out of your order (depending on what it is I either face the chance of getting someone’s attention again or decide it’s not that important).
So good place for the kids to run out their energy bad for customer satisfaction.
Do what I do order the kids meal let your kid eat grab a soda and don’t bother adding more than one meal to your order that way you’re not disappointed.

A good Mcdonald’s may be hard to find here in Texas. I don’t know for sure but honestly I usually just order 2 coffees with 6 creamer and 5 spenda each. That seems to be a bit much for the workers.

wow this place is not what it was a year ago, rude staff, even the manager has an attitude if you speak English he speak Mexican back with attitude. ps: watch for correct change.

This is one of the worse McD’s I’ve ever been to but since it’s on my may home from dropping off my kiddo @ school, i keep coming back, wishing for change.
However, this was not the case AGAIN! It was breakfast time so I ordered a breakfast sandwich which is kinda hard to mess up but the coffee cup which was a medium was cracked on both sides so whenever I drank it steaming hot coffee spilled over my entire chest! Will most definitely double and triple check everything before I get home.: /
