Stopped by here to grab some lunch, went in side to place the order. The food took a long time to be served. Took it home and found that the food had been mislabeled and it was not discovered till after half of my food had already been eaten by some one else. Also I had gotten my food before a person who had been there before me.

I had a coupon for BOGO Whataburger. 2 burgers for $ 3.20 was a good deal. Joints of this nature are Ok with coupons. This location had a nice counter girl and the food was hot when I got home.

One of the better whataburger locations. There’s usually a slight difference between the quality of food and service among locations, but this one is great. Went here for lunch a couple of times, and while busy the line moved well. Fries were hot and fresh, burger was seasoned properly and assembled with care(cheese not halfway off burger, appropriate amount of lettuce, etc). Would definitely choose this one over other locations that are about the same distance away.

Tonight was the last time we will go to this whataburger cause the employees are to busy talking to other employees that hang out up there and have their babies walking on the table counter where you order food running into the kitchen and laughing about it alot instead of controlling their kid for one… number two they ran out of something and when we got asked we answered and with in 20secs we had someone else come out and tell us the same thing and after we answered she goes to the back to say that the order had been changed but when they brought us our food they made the item that was out… so my question is this if you say your out of that item but you make it anyways then why come out and ask what would you like instead to replace that item either your out or your not so there is no communication among the stay… the manager was to busy sitting in their office to notice what in the world was going on out front to keep things in line… and as we leave an employee wanted a friend to go out to her car to get her phone charger for her phone i’m sorry your working you don’t need your phone charger idc if your phone is dead you shouldn’t be messing w/your phone until it is break time or lunch time so how bout you not worry bout that stop running n joking around w/your friends n take a long line of customers orders and make sure they are correct so you don’t have ppl walk back up saying that their food is cold cause it either took to long to serve or fresh ones were never made when they are suppose to be made when that meal is ordered i know that and i’ve never worked there… so if you wish to go here during the dinner time all i have to say is good luck n make sure that your order is correct before you start eating or u leave the drive thru otherwise find another whataburger close by there are 4 others you can go to that won’t have this kind of service from it’s employees

DISGUSTINGSERVICE. I recommend going to any other Whataburgers in town BUT this one. I came in with two friends and we all three ordered one meal each. When the food came out, none of us got our fries. The employees were walking around carrying a to-go bag asking everyone if it was them who had ordered this. They did this throughout the whole hour I was there. When we finally got our fries, I realized I didn’t have my honey mustard even though the girl at the register already asked what sauce I needed. I had to get up and ask for it. The food was okay, something totally expected from a fast food restaurant. When we got up to leave, we forgot to throw the trash away. It was late(midnight) and I think we were thinking we were at a real restaurant where the people throw the trash away for you. We had even gathered all the trash onto the tray without any bad intentions. When we got up to leave, the girl at the register asked loudly(and in front of everyone) «Y’all aren’t gonna throw that away yourselves??» We quickly turned around and APOLOGIZED. One of my friends went back and threw it away swiftly. Meanwhile the girl goes«I’m pretty sure your parents raised you better than that.» I was so shocked I didn’t even know what to say. Any other time I would’ve been ready with a whole speech about how she can’t be talking to customers like that. At that point everyone in the restaurant was quiet and staring. I will NEVER return to this joke of a place again. There were so many ways she could’ve solved this«issue». But she decided to say that and embarrass us in front of the whole restaurant when we had already apologized. Totally rude and disgusting. I have never written a review on Unilocal but came home and made an account right away. I am beyond livid and disgusted.

Exactly what you expect at whataburger. The burgers were delicious and piping hot. The drive threw was effortless and about the usual speed, you can’t really get upset about having to wait since they are making your burgers fresh the way you order it. It was a wee bit pricey but again you can’t complain since you’re getting a decent burger.

Somewhat disappointed that the manager admitted that she erase my order. Glad I went and asked otherwise I still be sitting there. I know it not much to spend but we should get some service for any money we pay. One star only

This is an almost new Whataburger with a large amount of seating. Located in a row with several other restaurants which gives you a wide variety of fast food places close by. Ordered the Whataburger and fries which we think were very good. I wish they would change the lettuce from shredded to single leafs of lettuce. the meat was cooked just right and served on a large bun. The burger was hot when served. Drinks are self serve. there are plenty of parking spaces on the lot and it is easy to get off of Plano Road and back on to Plano Road. Staff came around to our table to see if we needed anything and offered to refill our drinks. That is a nice touch.

Ordered a double meat cheeseburger combo, went home, and when I opened the burger I noticed that it was only one patty. When I called Whataburger to tell them, I talked to a guy named Peter and he told me to go ahead and eat the cheeseburger, and mention his name and bring the receipt next time I was in. I went in 2 days later with my receipt. I was only expecting to get a double meat cheeseburger, but they replaced my whole meal, drink and all! Talk about customer service! That’s how you do business!

We have been frequenting this Whataburger for almost 2 years now. Most of our trips are on the way home from being out on the bike between 2−3AM. Hector is there most nights working the register and is always patient, accurate and courteous with our orders. Michael, the manager, is there every time we go in and he is also patient, accurate and courteous and usually greets us with our coffees as we are coming the door. This is by far the cleanest Whataburger I have ever been in. Even at 2:00AM it’s CLEAN! The team here really goes above and beyond which is rare for fast food.

The least interesting person in the world: «I don’t come to Whataburger much, but when I do, I come to this location.» So I’m out running errands and am in the area and need a bite to eat. I haven’t been to Whataburger in years, but know that their burgers are cooked on the spot and remember they’re pretty good. I walk in and there’s no one in there except for one employee that’s out mopping the floor. I walk up to the counter to order and the same guy walks up and takes my order. When I sit down, this guy just keeps mumbling to himself how he has to do everything, because no one else will. Seriously, it’s like he’s about to run outside and grab an AK-47 and shoot up the place. These mumblings are of a disgruntled postal worker. Luckily, I’m still alive and a different employee brings my food. It’s good. What I expected. Nothing too special, nothing under par.

Pretty great for their first week open! I visited during the lunch rush so I expected a small wait. I trust that once their new staff has a few weeks under their belt, they’ll be able speed up their service. Don’t get me wrong, though, it was still fast food, just not as timely as the other location further south on Plano Road. My only real complaint is the parking lot. Unfortunately, this location was not allowed a turnout onto Plano Road. This makes accessing the parking lot from Plano Road a bit tricky. Customers have to enter the shopping center parking lot to then enter the Whataburger lot. It’s not the end of the world or anything, it’s just not ideal. That’s all I’m saying. If you know Whataburger, then you know what to order, and you know what to expect. I can’t speak to everything on the menu, but I can say that the grilled chicken sandwich and the O-rings I ordered were every bit as good as they should have been… just like the other locations(and that is the point, isn’t it?) Now, if you *don’t* know Whataburger, then what the H are you waiting for?!? Get your Yankee butt to their nearest location. Order your sandwich just like you want it… white/wheat/Texas toast? … # of patties? …or chicken(fried or grilled)? Name your veggies(jalapeños, too!)… Mayo/mustard/ketchup? Cheese? Bacon? Oh yeah, the japs and onions are also offered grilled! This list could go on, and on… Now, wash it all down with a shake(or malt!) and pick up an extra napkin, or three.
