I’ve gone here several times and somehow the experience has gotten worse each time. The employees are too busy socializing to take orders so the lines are long or the wait is long with no line. Food quality has taken a serous nose dive. The last time I got orange chicken there was no actual chicken. It was chicken knuckles from the ends of a drumstick. They commit fraud by putting your entrees in the side order sections of your plate and give you a heaping spoon of rice/​noodles where your entrée should go. I’m seriously wondering why no one has sued over this.

Typically Panda Express is a decent spot. I have given this location numerous chances and the food is either incorrect or very very old. The meat in the broccoli beef was grey and orange chicken was soggy.
Avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service. I understand this is a fast food restaurant and this isn’t the kid at the drive through’s life calling, but I expect to be able to give my order without being interrupted and prompted with the next question or having the window shut immediately in my face after the food pass off. I don’t expect great customer service from a fast food chain, but have some pride and at least do the minimum…

This location while clean has no amenities for young children. No high chairs (forgivable), but no baby changing stations in their bathrooms. Very disappointing. This will be our last visit.

5 stars, I’m usually more picky, but hey, this is supposed to be sort of like fast food, so for what it is, I get good service, fast, and like what I eat, so 5 stars.

I walked into this Panda Express a few days ago to dine in with my boyfriend and the service was absolutely terrible. The woman who was serving us was in a rush, impatient, and rude even though there was no one behind us. She acted annoyed with us while we were trying to figure out what we wanted to eat. The noodles were cold too. I won’t be coming back here. It’s also extremely dirty.

Just went yesterday. I always get broccoli beef with orange chicken and white rice. The orange chicken was a fresh batch and tasted even better than normal. I will say, it was hot inside but I’m guessing because of the open wok area, but still perhaps adjust inside temp so it will be a little cooler and comfortable vs. hotter in temp while you dine in.

This is a pretty good panda location, they have all the same options with the same quality. The last time we stopped by my husband went in and I waited in the car, he finally came out about 20 minutes later but maybe they were having an off day, I don’t know. I really like all their chicken options and haven’t tried one I don’t like.

Staff was rude and rushed. If I wanted meat I would order some, thanks so much for your judgemental concern. The building is nice, but there are so many nice buildings with better food and much better staff, I will be skipping this location from now on.

This location serves up some pretty decent fast Chinese food. Hey, this isn’t PF Chang, but for fast food it will definitely fill a hungry stomach. We usually pick up take out and bring it home. It is a convenient location near our home.

I walked into this Panda restaurant with my daughter and we were the only customers at the counter. The two women behind the counter simply stared at us, and refused to talk to us, or serve any food. I spoke to the manager about it, but she did not apologize or agree to serve us any food.

This Panda Express is not that many years old as many other restaurants have also moved into this area. The food is the typical found at most Panda Express. I wish they would keep they serving trays full however I understand they do cook the food as needed. In one sense that is good as the food should stay fresh. The prices are identical to other Panda expresses in the area. Save your cash register receipt, answer a few questions on the internet and you get free entrée on your next visit. Good deal!

I don’t write reviews very often. and I’m easy to please.
The being said, the customer service at this location is HORRIBLE. I went to this location during my lunch break yesterday. The girl in the drive thru was extremely rude and disrespectful. She acted like she hated the world and like I was inconviencing her by placing an order. I actually decided I didn’t want to order there after talking to her, and went elsewhere.
Maybe her manager should hire someone who appreciates the fact that they have a job and that without customers, they don’t get a paycheck.

Stopped by for a quick bite a few weeks back and won’t be back. I normally don’t prefer chains but I wanted some Chinese food quickly. They seriously skimped on their servings! I got a three item combo and it was about the size of a standard two item combo, maybe. Oh well I’ll continue to stick to the mom-​and-​pop joints!

Not authentic but very tasty. This location was shiny clean and food was cooked to perfection. I love the surf n turf, crab Rangoon and iced tea. They gave enough food to last the entire day! My kind of budget meal!

New building, friendly service and food served hot and ridiculously-​fast. My two-​entrée plate (Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef and Chow Mein) hit the spot.

This is a spacious new Panda Express.
The perks: it’s new and clean (hope the cleanliness stays), the curved entrée display hels with visibility, the service is fast and friendly, the food tastes fine, ample seating indoors (and a cool covered patio area, too!), and there is a drive-​through lane (sorry, had to spell correctly).
The drawbacks: just like the new Whataburger and Bank of America on either side, no access from Plano Road. I get it, too much commercial traffic merging in and out of traffic on Plano Road. But still, it’s a bummer.
Overall: glad to have them in the neighborhood.
