I have been a patient for many YEARS. Love, love, love her! But in the last year or two something has changed at the office where she’s practicing. It’s not the doctor’s fault per say but more the volume of patients that are seen. There are so many people coming and going that when you’re in the room waiting(and waiting and waiting and waiting) you can hear Dr. Miller quickly going into one room then another… then it’s your turn and it seems like everything is SORUSHED. I know, I know — a lot of sick people to be taken care of. But I pay cash(no insurance) when I go and getting rushed along while having to spend well over $ 120+ does not sit well with me. I just wish I could get the personal care and personal touch back that was once there. My quality of care was much better at that time.

Needless to say, Wonderful doctor! Good: I feel comfortable asking her questions. Very thorough! Easy to get appointments. Not so good: Reaching the nurse is very difficult. I hope they do something about this. You have to leave a voice mail and just hope that they get back to you.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Miller! She is fantastic! I went to her for many years, until my husband and I moved to North Carolina, after 6 years we finally returned to Texas. I immediately started seeing Dr. Miller again, and she walked in ecstatic to see me. That’s a good doctor, one who remembers you after 6LONGYEARS! She immediately went in talking about my sister and my mom, asking about my kids. It’s almost like I never stopped seeing her. She is so patient, and listens to my every concern. I absolutely love her!

Can’t say enough good things about Dr. Amy Miller. Easy to work with, listens and will go out of her way to make sure you’ve got everything you need to get feeling better asap. Her nurses know how to stick ya without you even feeling it. Also they have onsite blood work, EKG etc. So you don’t have to make s separate trip for that kind of stuff. A+

I love going to Amy. Whether it be a cold or a little tweak, she listens and is very thorough. I moved from East Plano to Lewisville about 3 years ago and I still go over to Richardson to see her. She’s a very good doctor and I enjoy going to her.

I echo Humaira. LOVE. HER!!! One of the problems with moving to new areas is finding a new nail shop, hairdresser, doctor, vet… you get the picture. Found Dr. Miller through my insurance company’s list and boy, did I ever strike gold! Yay! The office is easy to find(right off the Turnpike at Renner), the front desk staff is friendly, they have late AND weekend hours, and they are a one stop shop — I can get everything done there on my full physical(including gynecology) except for the mammogram. They even did an EKG within the office. Dr. Miller herself has an absolutely wonderful personable and empathetic manner, willing to take her time, writes out her own notes, and is comforting and reassuring(or she was to me, since I was in the throes of a menopausal downward spiral at the time I saw her). Bottom line, if you’re looking for a good doctor that will listen to you and take her time and discuss treatment options, then ask for her. You won’t be sorry!
