I went in for a follow up today. I can walk well and my pain went from severe (yesterday) to tolerable/​forgettable (this morning) within 24 hours. They adjusted me again and I completely forgot that I was in serious pain yesterday. The spasm was so bad yesterday morning, they could see it on my back when I laid down on my stomach.
