The pizza was all right but the driver wouldn’t even smoke a bowl with us. I think he was an antisemite.

I love this store. The customer service is excellent and the energy in the store in over the top FANTASTIC!!! Ryan is the General Manager and you can tell his employees love him! Moral is high and it really makes Papa John’s the best place to dine your favorite pie, and the #1 place in the metroplex! This store is a 6 star all the way, Great Job Ryan!

The pizza that didn’t have jalapeños, garlic butter, a banana pepper, and wasn’t cut was replaced with another pizza. The delivery guy apologized again when he got here and made sure the pizza he delivered was correct. I think if they just slow down and double check everything silly mistakes like this can be avoided. This isn’t the first time this has happened to us. Otherwise the food is delicious!

There’s a reason this location has only 1 star. I had an incident a few months ago in which I ordered a pizza and have my card information and over a hour later I called when I hadn’t received my order. They said «sorry, the order was never placed. We’re closed now.» 3 minutes before they were actually closed.
I filed a complaint online and the manager called me a couple days later top make amends. He told me that they would credit my account for 3 pizzas and that when I called in next to let them know before I ordered. I called tonight to place an order. The gentleman on the phone said that there was a note from the GM on the account not to allow any free orders to be sent to this address.
PJ’s you have failed again and I will be reporting yet another complaint to corporate.

They forgot about the garlic butter sauce on three separate occasions, which is the only reason why I chose papa johns over their competitors. I specifically asked for it twice. They also got my order wrong. I ordered bbq sauce but they gave us tomato sauce. I am allergic to tomatoes.
