I’ve never had a problem at Pro Cuts, in the 15+ years I’ve gone there. Locations can vary, but this one is bad. I asked for «Number 5» with the clippers, and the person used a 4. I’ve asked for the same number, always, and know what it’s supposed to be. I explained what I had asked for, and the stylist claimed that I didn’t. She clearly showed the signs of a person who made a mistake, and was trying to cover it up. Talking about conditioners, asking about gels, and trying to fluff it up with a brush… something that has never happened before. Make a mistake, fine. It happens. But don’t blame the customer. I KNOW WHAT NUMBER TO ASK FOR.

So I like this place. Men’s cut is 13.95 which is cheap. I used to go to Floyd and honestly for the price I would much rather go here. She did not add product to my hair at the end but for 6 $ cheaper I can put my own product in. They were really nice and she took time to ask me exactly what I wanted and checked mid way to see if I liked it.
