so I went to the store to buy… they told me it’s only online… that they can’t do price match even it is from their own website… then proceed to ask me if I want to buy a different kind of battery that’s on sale… WTF really? =/​that’s not what I need… store was empty …2 workers not doing much at all nor being helpful… so I bought it at regular price and left… will not EVER go back to this location.
how is this place still open … they need quality control /​re-​train their employees!!!
0 star if I could… only 1 star since I got what I wanted and left quickly b/​c no one was in the store.

I stopped in to buy a very particular type of signal booster. I found it. But here’s why I’m giving them only 2 stars:
1. The store had a funky, fishy smell. Maybe the carpets or their HVAC air filters (or both) need to be replaced.
2. They didn’t have a lot of selection. It was pretty much 1 choice for the part I needed. I would have liked to have had several to choose from.
3. It may be that because of #2, their prices seemed high. I wasn’t in the mood to drive to Fry’s to comparison shop. Maybe I should have.
I did enter their $ 1,000 customer feedback sweepstakes. I promise, Radio Shack, if I win, I’ll return to this page and increase my rating of you. =)
