Lex is a great trainer. He not only helps you achieve your fitness goals, but inspires to reach further, train harder and feel good about yourself along the way. His personality and skills as a trainer are the perfect combination to energize you. After 5 years of sitting at a desk, stuffing myself on my corporate meal expense account, and generally just being your stereotypical couch potato I decided I had enough and decided to get back into shape. Mind you, I have made this decision a couple dozen times in the past few years, and it might last 3 weeks or a month max. This time I decided Id try something different and enlist the help of a personal trainer. Lucky for me that trainer happened to be Lex Ronin. I have been training with Lex for the past 4 months, and it been life changing. I have my health back, my diet(while not perfect) is clean. and Im getting the strength and definition back that I had in my early 20s. Lex isn’t an overnight quick fix guy, he is all about hard work through proven old school training methods. Ronin Fitness is the place to go if you are looking to change your life through hard work and by lifting lots of iron!

Just when I thought I knew everything I needed to know about health and fitness in comes Ronin Fitness to shatter so many of the those misconceptions that were keeping me from getting results. I have made gains I never would have made on my own. I have injuries that are still healing from over zealous training in the past and Lex takes those injuries into consideration when customizing my workouts while still making every session a challenge.
