Sleep Central Mattress Store

With help from Travis, I was able to find a new mattress in about ½ an hour (at the Coit/​Beltline location). My new bed was delivered to my house by two gentlemen three hours later. Great price and exceptional customer service by all three store employees. I also like the fact that, for a minimal investment of a mattress cover, I have an option to return the mattress for an exchange if it ends up not being the best choice for me.

Not a better mattress store in the DFW area. Allen, the owner, really knows about the brands he carries and only carries the best. I have been in his store on a few occasions to make sure I chose the right fit for me and he was always there to answer my questions and make recommendations without trying to push me to any certain bed. He is all about relationship and takes the time to get to know your preferences. I will be back when I start to shop pillows!

So I have finally give up my twin size mattresses that have been with me for 10 plus years!!! Time to move on lol. So I decided to go to Sleep Central Mattress store. Luckily I found my match here. The store manager was really helpful for my mattress including giving me advise discount etc on what mattress to get. In addition, remember to check into Unilocal while you are there. It can get you two pillows.

We had been looking at mattresses for a few weeks. We even went to the gigantissimo store in the Colony and didn’t find anything we liked. We went to the Sleep Central at Coit and Belt line and immediately found the perfect mattress at a great price — and delivery is free! Thanks, Wendy!

I went to Sleep Central Mattress Store to purchase a new mattress for my daughter who just moved to Dallas/​Richardson in order to attend UTD. Go Comets! In the process of our move, her original mattress got damaged which was not in our plan. So due to the unexpected mattress damage during our move; we were kind of in a rush trying to find a new mattress. We found «Sleep Central Mattress Store» and to our surprise we are extremely happy that we did! As soon as we walked in; we were greeted by Allen Harrell Jr. He helped us find the perfect mattress after several trials. We found a mattress that our daughter liked, yet it was outside of our price range. Allen Harrell Jr. was very accommodating with the price as well as setting us up for next day delivery which happened to be on a Sunday! The combination of the accommodating price of the mattress, and the next day Sunday delivery could not have been offered at a better time as we were all exhausted from the move and needed a mattress immediately! They were very polite and extremely professional! They also do NOT charge for delivery, and NO charge to remove your old mattress!!! Fantastic customer service BEYOND WORDS CAN EXPRESS!!!
The delivery people were EXCEPTIONAL and On Point!!! They were extremely polite and respectful, as well as fast and efficient!
I then had a very small misunderstanding with the mattress protector that I had purchased with the mattress. I called the store and Allen Harrell Jr. was very helpful on the phone. This led me to going back to the store where Allen Harrell Sr. was also very helpful upon my arrival. The small misunderstanding was taken care of IMMEDIATELY ABOVE and BEYOND necessary to make sure that I was a very happy customer!
I must say that from now on all of my mattress/​bed purchases in the future will be from the «Sleep Central Mattress Store» as long as they are operated by this family. This being from someone who lives in Austin. I am willing to drive to Dallas/​Richardson just to purchase from this mattress store! Yes, they are that GOOD! This is not an exaggeration, but is true fact! Thank you for such impeccable customer service!

After suffering through a shopping experience at Mattress Firm that was abyssmal, I ended up at Sleep Central. I was in and out of the store in 30 minutes with a very good deal. I got a great price on an I Comfort Serta — went to buy a Temperpdic to replace the Temperpedic I had. I think you’re going to have a hard time beating both the price and the service here. They beat all other prices I could find. And, sold me a bed that had a good rating by Consumer Reports. And, they’re delightful people.

We popped in while mattress shopping for my Grandmother, whose mattress is about 15+ years old. This was our first stop and our only stop! We popped in and she laid on a few mattresses, got one on one attention with the owner, walked away with a great deal and a happy customer!!! I would definitely recommend going to this location. It was hassle free and a neighborhood business. He was able to offer great deals on most of the stuff he showed us and is very personable!

In my mind shopping for a mattress is worse than shopping for a used car. Well, last week I ventured out to begin the torcher of shopping for a new mattress. I went to Sleep Experts as well as several other big name stores only to be confused and feeling like they only cared about the sale and not my good nights sleep for the next 10 years.
Then I found Sleep Central. They are family owned and operated and small. They did not seem to need my business to make a quota or please the boss. I was talking to the boss! He explained anything and everything I ever wanted to know about mattresses. As a bonus the pricing was clear, straight forward and better than the other shops I visited.
I cannot wait until my new mattress arrives!

We decided it was time to replace our 8 year old mattress. I shopped Mattress Firm, Mattress Giant, and Sleep Experts… I stopped by Sleep Central as an afterthought, and I’m SO glad I did! Their prices blow their competition away, and the service is amazing. Here’s why:
We bought a higher-​end mattress, box springs, and memory foam mattress topper from Sleep Central. Neither my husband nor I slept well the first night, so we removed the memory foam topper. We didn’t sleep much better the 2^nd night — the mattress just was not firm enough for us — so I called the store and talked with Allen Sr. I expected to get the run around, but that didn’t happen! A couple of days later I talked with Allen Jr. to make arrangements to stop by the store to try the firmer mattress. Within about 10 days, Allen Jr. delivered the replacement mattress… no hassle, no hoops to jump through, just great service at a very fair, reasonable price.
These folks have been in the mattress business for a lot of years and they really know how to take care of their customer. I can’t imagine buying a mattress anywhere else!
