Sprint Store

I went here to get 2 simple Galaxy S4’s that i can transfer my existing numbers onto their network and have unlimited everything. I tell the lady i don’t like iPhones and so really the only phone i would be interested in even getting a contract on is the Galaxy s4 and that I would like to stick with sprint for a while. I then ask her what plan can i get for 2 Galaxy S 4 ‘s for unlimited everything for the cheapest she can get for me with out having to pay a down payment on the phones and still have my existing phone numbers. She tries setting me up a plan for the Framily plan. I tell her i don’t want the Framily plan because i don’t intent to have anymore than 2 phones and people on the contract. So she then informs me that i can get the 2 Galaxy’s shipped to her since she didn’t have them in stock and i would have to pay $ 12 a phone that will be billed to my account and that they would be there tomorrow but i wouldn’t be able to have my existing phone numbers. So i say ok that would be more reasonable i guess i can change the numbers but im not sure, what else can you do ?? She then prints out a contract for me after me not giving her the «go «that i wanted the plan!!!
Then as I;m looking at the contract for 2 yrs that i never said yes to, I see she made the mistake of giving me 2 Iphone 4s!!! So i tell her i don’t want the iphones can you change this and have the galaxy’s shipped and just cancel this order ?. She tells me no ! that i would have to wait till the iphones come in the morning and that if i didn’t want them that to not open them and i can return them in 14 days and get my refund and put that towards the galaxy’s shipping. So now I;m mad. This woman gave me a contract i didn’t tell her «yes i wanted «on phones i HATE! and now because she messed up that I would have to fix it! so i leave with the contracts in hand with out them being signed.
So once i get home i call up the sprint customer service line i talk to a rep. and he tells me that i can just return the phones and get the galaxy’s at another branch with no money down. i say thank you that would be awesome. He notes it on my account and tells to call in the morning so that the reps can put this on the correct path.
I call in the morning to only be in the phone for 2 hrs trying to fix this !!! YES I SAID 2 HRS!!! I called every sprint number that is listed to try to get to the corporate office just to see if maybe they can fix this instead of every bottom feeder telling me ten different things! Only to find out that i cant get the galaxy’s with out putting $ 99 down on both phones ! Now im really mad !!!
So after the seemingly tenth person i talked to about this, i get on the phone with denise (lovely lady btw) tells me that i can just go back into the store i got this messed up contract and cancel it without paying anything and that if i like the galaxy so much why not try the Lg G2 and that if i didn’t want to pay any cash down on the phones that if i went on the sprint website i could get the lgg2 (which btw is a competitor of the galaxy s4 and by the ratings and comparisons online is bigger and better than the galaxy) with zero money down for both phones with a 2 yr plan and it cost me the same amount for the unlimited everything AND i would be able to keep my existing numbers! THANK GOD FOR DENISE!!! THIS WOMAN NEEDS A RAISE !!! LOL. I have NEVER in my life thought it would be this insanely difficult to get what i wanted in the first place !!!
Note to Sprint: TRAIN YOUR STORE REPS BETTER!!! OR AT LEAST TEST THEM ON WHAT THEY KNOW ABOUT THE CONTRACTS BEFORE PUTTING THEM ON THE FRONT LINE!!!
Note to consumer: JUST GO ONLINE ITS CHEAPER, EASIER, YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT AND MAYBE THIS WONT HAPPEN TO YOU !!
Note to self: Rip up a contract you don’t want when its handed to you instead of trying to fix it on your own.LOL. And call back to the store the next day to complain and have them fix it ! The nice man i talked to — Quincy was very honest and heart felt about the situation if it wasn’t for him i would have been EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my service i received the first time .
I hope everyone who tries getting a phone contract doesn’t go through all i have to get 2 simple phones.. Ya’ll have a better day than i did and GOOD LUCK ! : —)
