Was pretty skeptical about this salon since it was my first time here but I really started to like this place. Services by far the best I’ve ever received in a while! The nail tech working on me was just amazing! Love how my manicure turned out!

Stay far away from this place! This woman does not listen to you (she is the owner). She ruined my square shaped eyebrows and made them look like really thin rainbows and they «tear drop» at the beginning therefore no longer square shaped. I am so disappointed with their service. I am literally crying for my eyebrows. Save your brows by not waxing here! PS: Her eyebrows looked great. I don’t understand why she couldn’t apply that same concept to mine? I requested a cleanup. These woman may need to retire soon. Too old to do an eyebrow wax the right way. Both of my eyebrows don’t even match. I have never, ever needed to request a refund until this time right here at Canyon Creek location.

I live really close to this spot and had a really terrible experience with the owner and one of her technicians. I wish it was better because it’s such a convenient location. That said, Andy is awesome… everyone else isn’t the best

this place was terrible. Diane was her name (I think) and she said she was the manager. first she made me pay before she put polish on my acrylic nails… just thought that was strange because no place has asked me to do that before… anyways what really upset me was that she pretty much forced me to let her put white flowers on 2 of my nails. then before the flowers were done drying she put the clear coat and smeared them. she refused to redo it, so she put polish over the smudge marks. when I left my nails were still smudged and all uneven from the paint globs. terrible job. I came home and redid the polish on the two nails with flowers, because I brought my own polish with me so it was the same color. they look way better now. I paid for something I had to come home and fix? do not go here!!!

Very disappointed. Location was perfect for me but they force up-​sells and even sold my 12 year old daughter on services without asking me first! And while I was sitting there, I witnessed that they don’t clean out the foot basins between customers. Praying for no infection!
