I went threw the drive threw and the guy could not get my order right had to tell him 3 times and when I got home the order was still wrong.

This particular Wendy’s is one of my FAVORITE go to places for lunch or dinner! Where else can you eat fresh and healthy in an immaculate setting in the rich heartland of Canyon Creek (Richardson, TX).
What turns me on:
The fast and friendly service!
It’s always CLEAN!
The variety!
The salads and chili!
The complimentary ini-​Frosty!
The eye candy customers!

We had both ordered nuggets but there was only one box in the bag. We asked if they just combined our nuggets in one box and the gentleman at the window said «I think so but just to be sure let’s add a couple extra!» Great customer service!

Wendy’s is pricing itself out of the daily lunch routine. I consider it more like a casual dining restaurant in terms of it being a little bit of a splurge. The quality is better than other fast food, but not on par with a real sit down meal. This Wendy’s in particular has a terrible service issue. None of the cashiers have a clue what you are talking about until a manager comes over to translate. I get that we are in Texas and that English is a second language for a lot of folks, but these are your front line employees trying to comunicate. It isn’t any more fair to them than it is to the customer.

They get my order 90% correct. Couple times they have messed up and I haven’t bothered to go back in. but overall they are quick on the turn around in service

This Wendy’s never gets my order wrong. Never once ever. Never forgot a straw. Never forgot a fork. Never forgot butter or sour cream for my potato. I pick this wends over all the others.
