Placed an order online. Arrived a couple minutes after it should have been ready and they hadn’t even started making it. It would be understandable if the place was busy. But when I arrived, there was not 1 other customer. The 2 employees were just too busy chit chatting.

Made two exact same sandwiches, fast. The cook told me he had forgotten the bacon and reopened one sandwich then re-did it so I assume the two identical orders were both fine since he brought it to my attention. fast forward get home and one CLUB sandwich has no bacon. I call back and let them know and the employee(not the nice cook) says well are you in the area because we can give you the bacon. But we can’t just give you a free sandwich over bacon – it’s a club so bacon is a standard ingredient. Newsflash… U messed up… You would be giving me what I ordered. I can’t just give you gas money and time from my life to allow you to HALF correct a mistake when I was your only customer at the time. I hate when renegade employees lose a customer for a location over their own vigilante efforts to «save» the company a buck from a customer whom they dissatisfied. Zero stars for her attitude on the phone. You’re a chain, people always have a choice where they go.

I’ve been to many a Which Wich on the West Coast and it has, by far, become my favourite sandwich place. This is my first venture into a Which Wich since relocating to DFW, and the difference is amazing. I should have been tipped off at how few people were in this location at lunch time, but it wasn’t until I got my sandwich that I realised the disparity. I always order the Wicked as it’s their signature sandwich. This was like the Bizarro version; the bread was under baked and chewy, it was sloppily thrown together without many of its regular ingredients(no ham or turkey to speak of), and the caramelised onions which I ordered were obnoxiously pungent raw onions. I’m not sure if it’s this location alone, or if the quality here speaks for all Which Which franchises in DFW, but this was like Which Wich’s younger, less capable sibling trying and failing to live up to a standard it could never attain.

Held true to Which Wich satisfaction guarantee. Tried a wicked sandwich and there was just something off about it asked if I could get a sandwich like my girlfriend had and the guy helped me out. Sandwiches are great! Thanks!

Overall, I like Which Wich. But, I’ve had several problems ordering from this location. I usually order the«Thank You Turkey» which is turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. I add some cheese and crispy onion strings and it’s like Thanksgiving on a sandwich, I love it! BUT, the past two times I’ve ordered this simple enough sandwich the results were very disappointing. Once there was stuffing, cheese, onion, and cranberry sauce but no turkey… big oops! The next time there was turkey, cheese, onion, and stuffing but no cranberry sauce… a very dry sandwich to choke down! Unfortunately, I usually take my sandwiches to go and bring it back to the office to eat so I couldn’t ask them to correct it after the fact. Be warned — always unwrap your sandwich and ensure it is accurate before leaving the store. You could be left with a meatless sandwich or a very dry sandwich. Overall, I would say this location is disappointing — I like Which Wich but it will no longer be one of the restaurants on my list of places to order lunches in from or to pick up a quick sandwich on my lunch break.

If you like sub style sandwiches, then this is the spot to eat, the staff are super friendly, the bag ordering system is simplistic, and the food is very fresh. I will definitely be eating here again.

They’re point-of-sale folks have never seemed to be happy to see me. Something off putting about each of the three different people who took my order the three times I’ve been. Also, I wrote«this guy» on the bag so that you could have fun and say«Bahn Mi for this guy!» when it was ready; but alas, your enthusiasm behind the sandwich line is as dejected as that behind the register. That being said, the Bahn Mi is the bees knees. Sweet and hot when you bite into it, and then the delicious spicy kicks in from the real dragon’s blood they use(Sriracha) and the sliced, fresh jalapeños. Not that pickled, jarred garbage you get elsewhere. I strongly recommend the house chips which bare a striking resemblance to some other brand pepper kettle chips. Some colleagues believe someone’s job is to open another brand’s bag each morning and poor them into a paper bag with the Which Wich logo. I don’t care. They’re the bees ankles. Lastly, with all that salt and spice, coat your tongue with something nice. How ’bout an amazing Banana shake. They’re completely and wholly delicious, and finish the meal out nicely. Ignore the passive sadness from the employees and enjoy your meal!

This is one of the best sub sandwich shops in Richardson with locations throughout the Metroplex. Expect to pay a about $ 8.00 with chips and a drink. I love the concept of customizing a sandwich using the numbered bag system. Most of the choices are by protein type. You just check off the type you like and then go crazy checking off the options. Have never been disappointed. The service has always been gracious, welcoming and sincere. And they have some good looking men working here too. Yeah — sometimes during the lunch rush there may be a crumb or two left on the table, but there is plenty of seating and I would much prefer that to either being rushed or someone sweeping and spraying while I’m eating. My go to is is the muffuletta. This consists of a muffuletta loaf split horizontally and covered with layers of marinated olive salad, mortadella, salami, mozzarella, ham, and provolone. They do not use the special bread here and I like it toasted. Free WIFI and VERYCLEAN bathrooms too!

If I could put a zero I would have! I asked for double cheese and they charged me for it then not only they didn’t put double cheese they did not put any cheese at all in my sandwich! Bread is too old and they didn’t put banana peppers in my sandwich though I asked for it! This was the worst which wich location I have ever been to!

Sandwiches are very tasty. If you’ve never been, the ordering system is a bit odd at first but you get the hang of it. Service leaves a bit to desire. Staff could have been friendlier and a but more helpful especially if they can tell you’ve never been her before.

Used to eat here 3 – 4 times a week. Franchise owned. Can’t order online. An employee charged me $ 1 extra for a gyro and explained that gyro meat is $ 1 extra even though it doesn’t say that anywhere on the menu. I called the manager and he explained that his employee«is an idiot». Told my mom and my brother about the situation and they said the same thing happened to them and they will never go back. Then I find out that $ 30 was drained from my bank account in one day because of a dozen meals that I’ve eaten over the past several weeks were all charged in one day. I’m never going back here. It’s too shady. If any of this behavior concerns you, go to Great Outdoors 100 ft. away.

We eat this location at least once a week. Place is always clean, food is always consistent and fresh. Love their bowls! Parking can be a bit complicated around noon during the week but the food is worth it.

Basically like Subway, but with better quality bread. There’s also no Subway stench, which is a plus. Interior is clean and well maintained. The chairs are pretty ugly and they make the interior feel somewhat chaotic. The sub might be 7″, but it’s a twig skinny slide of bread that’s somewhat bland. There’s lots of ingredient options, but the lack of premade sandwiches is somewhat disappointing so you have to go through and check things off with a marker. Ain’t nobody got time for that! Flavor was alright, but ultimately the sandwiches aren’t that satisfying.

Haven’t been to a Which wich in several years, but went on a psuedo-wim(is that redundant?) to revisit. Went with small(or whatever equivalent inches is) buffalo chicken, requesting many pretty straight-forward add-ons. To my surprise, sandwich was very sparse in meat and toppings. Explains the ‘value’ price of $ 5.00ish. Sandwich was tasty, but portion size good for a kid. Next size up jumps price to $ 7, so that’s next option. Definitely want to accentuate the positive here, which was a good tasting few bites and pleasant staff.

Took my friend here today for her birthday lunch because she’s picky and loves a good sandwich. I had a really good experience with another Which Wich, and an even better experience at this one. It was a little busy, but they were getting orders in and out really quickly. I love that they have a gold peak tea machine and so did everyone else judging by the line around it. They called us up when our sandwiches were ready, and we found a surprisingly clean table. The sandwich was great! I got the club with EXTRA avocado and my friend got a Turkey on Wheat. She was impressed, I was impressed, and we both decided this is going to be our regular wich. Big Plus: Great prices. $

Just can’t go wrong with Which wich. There are so many options to choose from and a few for Vegetarians as well. A whole lot better than Subway, Quiznos and other sandwich places. Easier to order as you just note down everything on the order form and pass it on to the cashier. No more standing in line trying to tell the person on the other side, put this. and that. and lil more. and noooo not that.and. :-)). My Fav is Caprese and buffalo chicken, add a little hot pepper mix and just perfect!

I really like Which Which! The food is always good and the place is clean. Do yourself a favor and«branch-out» from the norm a little bit. I discovered my new favorite sandwich by accident. Try the«Wicked!» This location is the only one I have tried. I read somewhere that the concept was from the person that started Genghis Grill.

I love Which Wich. For real. Here’s why: *The ordering system, once you figure it out, is genius. Grab a paper bag that coincides with your sandwich, mark all your ingredients with a red dot, pay for your food and wait. Easy and usually pretty fast. *The sandwiches are all toasted and there’s a great hot meat/cool veggies vibe that happens. Plus, the bread is all crunchy-on-the-outside/chewy-on-the-inside that makes a sandwich oh so special. *If your pants are feeling a bit tight, they have plenty of lower calorie options that don’t sacrifice flavor. *Their sweetened black tea is bad ass. *A sandwich and a drink for $ 7 rocks my on-a-budget lunch’s face off. Here’s what drops my love of Which Wich by two stars: *The staff is surly on a good day and damn near rude on most days. I get that the person working the register can’t come out from behind the counter to explain to each and every person how to order. But if you’re confused and the register person isn’t busy, don’t expect help. Or a smile. Or a thank you. Also, the person in charge of getting the sandwiches to the customer never calls a name. The sandwich is slung on the counter without a word and if you’re not paying attention, your sandwich will sit there until you notice it. Why do we have to write our name on the bag if not to be called when our order is ready? Seriously, if not for the surly staff at this location, Which Wich would top my sandwich love list. Because of it, I only go when a serious craving that cannot be denied shows up. Maybe this is the universe’s way of helping me stick to my lunch diet. *shrug*
