Jimmy John’s is my favorite sandwich shop. Especially considering there is a Which Wich and Great Outdoors just across the street. It is always quick to get my order whenever I come in. Personally, I have never had issues with the staff nor seen someone have issues while I was there. Lunch is busy, but evenings and weekends are less busy.

I’ve ordered many deliveries from this location and up until the last couple of months I haven’t had any issues. The last time my delivery took an hour. When I called to see what was going I was told the driver left 20 minutes ago and should be there soon. He had a lot of deliveries. When he did arrive, I was given a coupon for a free sub because of how long it took. That was nice. Today I decided to order another delivery(mind you this is just one sub) and I’m sitting here writing this as I come up on an hour again without my sandwich. I know it’s 4⁄20 but damn. An hour is not«Freaky Fast». I’m over ordering from this location. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke but I think this store just doesn’t have it together. Don’t waist your time.

I was in the mood for some food to be delivered, but neither pizza nor Chinese sounded appetizing. I remembered Jimmy Johns, and I’m so glad I did. I ordered online and was very impressed that I could get just a sandwich delivered with only a $ 1.50 delivery fee. Yay! The sandwich got here fast(I got the #1) and it was tasty! Will order again!

Food is consistently tasty and fresh! Great place to eat if you’re in a rush. They also have a student discount! I get the #6(Veggie) and add sauce(Italian dressing) and oregano for added flavor It’s usually pretty busy here but the service is quick so the wait time isn’t long

Placed and order online today and waited for almost an hour and no one ever came. I called the restaurant and spoke with Jeremiah who looked up my order and said«Wow you ordered this at 12:15?» It was about 1:05 when we were speaking. He says«hold on let me check on this» he then gets back on the line and said well someone came out and called but got no answer so they left. NOONECALLEDME as I was literally sitting and waiting by my phone. We have a receptionist sitting in front of the building so the driver could have asked her to come get me if they got no answer so I know they were lying. When I advised Jeremiah the no one called me to tell me my order had arrived his reply was simply«so do you want it or not?». When I told him no he he just said«ok we will cancel it» no apology or anything. That was my last time ordering from Jimmy Johns. Thanks for your shitty customer service Jeremiah!

I’ve had many good experiences at Jimmy John’s but something went terribly wrong yesterday. I ordered sandwiches for myself and two coworkers. My sandwich was dry and the meat was chewy. My coworkers both ordered the #9 and they both were sick last night. Coincidence? I think not. I’ll go across the street to Great Outdoors for my next sandwich.

Driver dropped my drink as he was exiting his car and said he would need to go get another. I informed him that I have limited time for lunch and asked that he bring it directly to me. When he came back with the drink he dropped it at the front desk and left. Dude had one job. Failed.

This place has the worst customer service, Employees not attending to the customer. I had to walk up and mention I’m hear for a pick up with me the only customer being in the whole deli. If I could of giving them zero stars I would

Jimmy Johns is a stupendous restaurant that I would recommend to anyone looking for a speedy sandwich that is flavorful and healthy! The service there is super friendly– they all have worked there for years, and they know exactly what I want as soon as I walk in! I would highly recommend this restaurant and give it more stars if I could!

This place is the absolute worst. It cuts costs wherever possible and skimps on literally every ingredient to nickel and dime already poor college students. The bread is under cooked and inedibly doughy, the tomatoes(what little actually make it on the sandwich) are slimy, and lettuce is used to try and mask the appalling quality but only leaves the sub tasting wet and bland. Whoever is running this place ought to be ashamed. Save your money, go literally anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever. When it was my turn to order, this was my conversation with the cashier: Cashier: *stares at me and doesn’t say anything* Me: «…Hi, Can I get the number 12?» Cashier: *doesn’t say anything and pushes buttons. Finishes pushing buttons and continues to just stare at me.* Me: «um, that’s it.» *I give him my card and he takes forever because the card machine isn’t working, but he doesn’t talk or apologize* Cashier: *gives card back to me, and then stares straight at the next customer* Jimmy John’s needs to teach their employees how to interact with customers. Just a simple«hello» or «how can I help you» would suffice.

Ordered a lettuce wrap sandwich, total came to just under $ 7 which ended up being a major downside because there was so little food. I was still very hungry after the 5 or 6 bites of food that my meal comprised of, which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion as I can just go next door and get something from Chipotle that’s twice the amount of food. Was the food good? Yep, probably 4 stars for the food. But definitely not worth $ 7.

This location does an excellent job! We order from our office from time to time and the delivery is always quick. They do a good job with accuracy and making sure the orders are right. Most importantly I think the sandwiches always come fat, loaded down with meat and toppings. Always satisfying. Been meaning to leave a review for these guys for some time, they deserve some kudos here!

Jimmy John’s is a GOTO when you want a delicious and affordable sandwich made in seconds, so you have more time to enjoy it! Some people may or may not like the sincere and loud welcome you get if your recognized or a regular. I think it’s FUN and adds to the trendy and urbane setting. What I like: — It’s lightening fast! — The sandwiches are terrific — so filling and full of fresh sliced meats and cheese. — The outstanding bread. It can not be matched! — The staff is very attractive and genuinely enjoy their role in serving what has to be hundreds at lunch! Finally it’s SPARKLINGCLEAN including the open kitchen. Kids love it! Mom’s love it local workers on a budget agree it’s a VALUE! University Of Texas student’s thrive on it! Thank you team! Blessings!

I’m gonna start with a 2 star mainly because of my most recent experience. I ordered Jimmy John’s today and the guy who delivered my sandwich said, «Here’s your shit. I need you to sign this but I don’t have a pen.» He then proceeded to look at my shirt which has a professional team he is not a fan of and said, «By the way, I hate your favorite team. They suck.» It was just a really unpleasant and awkward experience. Thankfully my sandwich was prepared flawlessly(and I have lots of extras and changes to typical sandwiches). I hate that he is the reason I probably will avoid this Jimmy John’s in the future, but you cannot have delivery guys like that. It puts a bad taste in my mouth, which isn’t fair to the sandwich. I know he isn’t representative of the entire place, but I don’t want to take the chance that he might bring me my sandwich again.

Staff is general not the friendliest, but sandwiches are really good, when they get them right. They make mistakes on our sandwiches on a regular basis, but they will re-make it for you if you ask, else they just remove the offending ingredient. Not a good idea for customer service, especially if potential allergies are involved. Today, my daughter found a hair in her sandwich. I took it back to counter, and instead of offering an apology or to remake it, Frankie(who identified himself as the manager) said something along the lines of «so, I will give you a refund.» Bad idea. I told him that this was unacceptable, and he told me what policy was regarding hair. Seriously? I told him I did not care about policy, and he surprised me by saying that he did not care about it either, and that he was just letting me know what policy was. Then he told me he had a problem with me before, I reminded him that the only times I had ever said anything was when they made my sandwiches wrong, and the extent of my communications then was to point out their error and to ask for a remake. How hard is that. He then asked why I was changing the subject and bringing up the past. Wow! I was just responding to his comment, walking through the door that he opened. I asked for owner’s name, he refused and asked me to leave, no worries, give me the name and number and we are gone. He said it was on the wall, on a brochure, in a corner that was inaccessible because it was blocked by a bench and a trash bin. Frankie threatened to call the police, no need, just refund my money and we are on the way. Unfriendly people, inept«managers,» inability to follow a simple sandwich order, unsanitary conditions but a really good sandwich makes it a no-brainier… Go somewhere else. UPDATE: Chris, the franchise location owner reached out to me in response to this review and he telephoned me yesterday. He is aware of the challenges, apparently I am not first to report some of them. He committed to spending more time on staff training and development and sounded sincere. He apologized and asked me to give them some time and another chance. I expect that I shall.
