There’s not too much to it when you first walk in but you can certainly find what you want by flipping through the catalogs.
These catalogs are pretty much the same at most furniture stores, but the prices are unbeatable here and it’s a lot more pleasant doing it around James or Hank (brothers and owners) than other furniture salespeople as they tend to be very pushy.
James and Hank are very laid back and not pushy at all. They will help you when you ask, and they’re also very patient. They will also give you the best price you can find. I bought dining/​living/​bedroom furniture from them, and have compared prices to other stores and online, the prices elsewhere don’t even come close. They’re also very flexible and will work with you to meet your needs.
I won’t be buying any furniture anywhere else as long as these brothers are around.

I heard about Couch Farm from a complete stranger a couple of months ago while looking at apartments. Fast forward to yesterday, when I placed a call to James and inquired on a sectional that I had seen on the site prior. He took my name and number and advised that he would give me a call the next day (today). Not only did he keep his word and call me, he had an alternative solution when he informed me that the sectional was no longer available (discontinued). He gave me a website to view a similar item, but a couch version. Long story short, I went to the store to see the couch set in person, and was stunned that he had other fabulous options available for me to see. I went with another couch set that I had seen at Z Gallerie, and I was able to get the couch, loveseat and the matching chair for less than the cost of just the sofa at Z Gallerie. I am getting my new furniture tomorrow and I am pleased beyond measure. I am going to help spread the word about this wonderful little Gem of a store. James was great and I plan on visiting him and the store again.

We just moved into the Dallas area and were looking for new living room furniture. We found this shop online and stopped in to look around. On our first visit, Hank helped us. We weren’t sure what we wanted but had quite a few options available to look at in the store and many more to view in catalogs and on their website which could be ordered. We came back a few days later when we had a better idea of what we were looking for and we were helped by James. Both of these two were the owners and were very helpful. They helped us find something that we were happy with and answered all of our questions but didn’t pressure us to make a quick sale like the large furniture stores did. The prices were very reasonable. We were able to actually take two items home that day and ordered the last one, which we will receive within a few weeks. We will definitely return and recommend to others.

My wife and I came to this store because of a positive Unilocal review, and we very impressed and happy with our experience. First, the owner was very helpful, friendly, and informative regarding the items on the floor. Second, the prices were outstanding. It will be very difficult to find prices that are lower… I’ve looked around a lot online and in other stores. Overall, our experience was great and I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to find furniture at a great price and in a friendly environment. We will definitely return in the future.

This is one of the cheapest place in Dallas with one of the quality furniture. We bought some furniture recently and very happy with the purchase. They will give you the best price in town if you ask for it.
