Horrible place to do business. One of the rudest owners ever. He could care less about customer service. Treats people with complete disregard. I have been in the store 3 times and will never return. I have seen him be very unprofessional with people during those visits. On one of my visits he was degrading a person who had made copies. The person said he had made 10 copies and after paying, the owner actually went to the copier and then called to the customer as he was leaving and told the customer he owed an additional 15 cents because the machine said he made 11 copies. The owner told the customer if he could could not count his number of copies accurately he could not use the self service copier. That was the last time i will ever go in that store. Hope he is gone real soon. Stay far away from MR. PRINTER in RICHBORO.

The Indian guy that works here is incredibly rude and short-tempered. This store’s services are also all outrageously priced. Go to Staples in Newtown instead. You’ll save yourself money and aggravation. It couldn’t possibly be too long until this shop closes up, and if you ask me, I say it can’t happen soon enough.

I’m not too picky about such things, but the new owner’s attitude toward customers is remarkable. And not in a good way. He seems indifferent, almost hostile. I’ve been there a couple of times since he took over and this attitude was not a one time thing. Usually when a customer enters a small store and no one else is there, one would expect some sort of acknowledgement that recognizes your existence. But this guy completely ignored us for a while. He does not like to give FedEx or UPS confirmation and will charge a dollar or two for printing one out, which I’ve never experienced before. He would do well to consider a good customer service attitude upgrade.

Since this location has been taken over the service has been horrible. They refuse to give you receipts when you drop off packages. This takes laziness to another level. I need to be able to show proof that a package has been dropped off. Their refusal and insistence that i take a photo of the label is insulting. UPS should strip them of their authorized agent status. I sent a complaint to UPS — hopefully they deal with this joker

The owner is awesome, I do a lot of shipping. I can take whatever I am shipping in, he will find box, tape it and find best shipping rate. He has take the time to cut boxes down to save me a ton on shipping! The old owners were… ok…this new guy is extremely customer focused.

I use to like Mr. Printer but now they have someone new working there. I went to drop off my package and a new guy was there. I needed a confirmation for my packages which UPS and Fed ex both provide and the previous guy did to but he just said he does not give confirnations/receipts. Weird!
