Love the Freshworks so do my kids! Great rolls, I often just buy the rolls to go with dinner.

I am usually not easily influenced by other negative feedback but unfortunately this place is not the best for hoagies or steak sandwiches in Richboro. I tried this place with my family two times; and the last one was only because I had a Groupon. The hoagies and steak sandwiches had so little meat both times. I wanted to give it a good review as a Richborian but I couldn’t find anything to boast about. The only positive is the happy girl who works the register. Won’t be going back…

Love their sandwiches. They have the best rolls. The only problem is they always get your order wrong. You must check it before you leave the store. Half the time they forget to put the whole order in the bag. It is really frustrating but now I have learned not to leave the store until I double check my order.

Pure crap. The worst excuse for a Philly Cheesesteak you can find in the area. Fries are soggy and lazily undercooked, too. I don’t know how in the world this sh**hole has managed to stay in business all these years but I truly hope they go out of business so a real restauraunt can take its place. If you want good cheesesteak and fries nearby, go to Monty’s Sandwich Shop in Southampton(just a 5 – 10 min drive away)

This place sells dozens of bottled drinks and other products that could be recycled after use, but the business does not recycle. When I asked a staff member why they don’t recycle, I got a rude comment dismissing the whole idea. When asked for the owner’s information, they refused to give me a phone number or even the owners name. Very poor customer service when it came to this.
