i’ve been here at least a dozen times. the place is small and cute. they seem to make your drinks faster than other places that i’ve gone to. there were a few times where they made my drink into a cold drink instead of a hot drink(it would be the cashier’s fault for not hearing me correctly when i was very specific) and one time, i came by after 8 pm and they were closed already. i’ve been here close to 9 pm before. apparently, they have holiday hours. you would think that they would open later during holiday hours as it gets colder and people would want something warm to drink. but whatever. try the hot apple blast. you won’t be disappointed. same with the caramel cooler.

Absolutely never again will I go here. First off the staff was extremely rude, when I went to order with a friend of mine, the first thing the cashier said to me was, you know we close at 8. And rolled her eyes once I said yes I know. She took my order, the coffee was made then it all went down. The kid wasn’t completely put on right, I went to take a drink and some spilled on me, it was scorching hot and I have blistered burns to show it on my chest, and it was a a burning red color all over. Are you kidding me? The girl behind the counter just giggled and kept doing her thing. The next thing that happened was they turned their lights of while we were in there. Are you kidding me? My friend was putting her baby in her car seat while the did that, and it wasn’t even 8 yet. After I left and drank my coffee, I realized that they didn’t use soy as I asked for, how can I tell? I’m lactose intolerant and get very sick when I have dairy. And that is exactly what happened. How ridiculous. Nothing about this caribou experience was good. Not even the coffee, it was made crappy and not even enjoyable. I will never return to any caribou, let alone this one.

Always a pleasant atmosphere. Fast service, even though the lines are always super long – don’t let that discourage you from going in and waiting. The wait is short. The coffee is worth it. Yum! Love the trivia question of the day that let’s you save money on your purchase if you get it right. Make the visit fun. Stop by if you’re in the area.

Nice staff, prompt service, very clean. Convenient right off the highway and outdoor seating is great. I’ve been here so many times and not one bad experience. I’d suggest using their caribou perks. Free to sign up– similar to Panera. Every once in awhile you’ll get a free drink, size upgrade, $ 1 off beans, etc.

A month ago, I had a meeting at this Caribou Coffee. I think a standard pros and cons list will do: Pros +Standard cappuccinos, Americanos, and all the holiday and seasonal themed drinks you can ever want.(Range from $ 2 to $ 7.) +Has a space that’s bigger than other Caribou locations. +Clean bathrooms. +Friendly staff. Many of them are high school students. +Large parking space that’s shared with other businesses in their strip mall. Cons –Nothing is really memorable, in terms coffee. –WiFi is spotty. –Some of the tables are unbalanced and require a newspaper or napkin to balance them out. –Sort of dirty. It seems like the staff could better periodically clear and clean the tables. Place is more like a 3.5, but I think a 3 is more than fair. I wouldn’t mind returning for a meeting.

Went on a Saturday around 1:00pm, and the place was packed. I can’t say I understand why, though! My husband and I have both taken a liking to the«specialty» drink of the season: a Honey and Hazelnut Latte. He prefers his with standard 2% Milk, and I prefer mine with Soy. We stopped here to pick up a couple on our way to a family gathering. Of course they make them so gosh darn hot you can’t drink it until at least 15mins after you leave the store, which is good in this instance or I would have made them re-make both. I don’t know what they put in these two drinks, but they tasted absolutely NOTHING like the specialty drinks of the same name we had gotten at other Caribou Coffee locations. They were absolutely disgusting. I will not return to this location, and I recommend others find a different shop in the area also!

Great coffee. Rude, slow service. Don’t bother with specialty drinks, they usually get them wrong. I’d go farther to not deal with rude baristas.

I enjoy the ability to work from this location on a regular basis and not be pressured to purchase something. I’ve given plenty of dollars due to my frequent visits, but a bottle of water from my own home is sometimes all I want. The day crowd is similar to other locations. You have your regulars, but you do seem to get a few more business people who come right from the airport. Can be dirty with salt dragged in during the winter, but there is a lot of traffic coming in and out. Overall, a pleasant and bright experience when the sun shines through their windows. Chipolte, Subway and Papa Murpheys close by too if you want something more robust to eat. Can’t beat a mocha drink from here! I enjoy the employees here too.
