Called in advance asking for a specific gauge of wire in a certain color of insulation. Was told it was there, I asked again to confirm, they said yes again. Showed up, they didn’t have it. Was told I didn’t ask for a specific color. Employee started talking back to me, even after a manager got involved the employee wouldn’t stop talking back.
Manager didn’t even apologize on his behalf.
Re-cap: Didn’t have the part they said they did. Poor customer service.
