Great pizza. We had the hero pizza. Can’t get any better. Cheese bread was wonderful. Definitely is worth every dollar. I am not a pizza fan with exception to this place. I love it!!!

Not only the best pizza around, but also a very good lunch buffet during the week! Tired of pizza? Bosses has a wide variety menu that includes wings, burgers, salads, sandwiches and more! Back to the pizza. By far the best around, loaded with cheese and toppings!

This is my go to whenever I’m craving wings. I always order the King Roy wings. It’s a mix between chicken Parmesan and ranch. It’s soooo good. Just wish this place was more consistent. Some days the wings are amazing other days it’s a lot more garlicy or more salty. Regardless of that, I still come back. I prefer this location over the one in Keller. Despite the inconsistency they’re more consistent over here. And the service is a lot better.

Best pizza around with the greatest crust. They use real cheese and do not skimp on toppings. It can be slow going on Tuesday’s but it is expected because it is $ 10 pizza night. $ 10 pizzas on Tuesdays!!!

«Best darn pizza in Texas». I’m bringing anybody that comes in from out of town to that restaurant for that pizza. I also recommend anyone in Texas. Even the crust is delicious!

I moved to Texas from Philadelphia so of course this cheesesteak doesn’t compare. Yet, it’s not that bad. The pizza was really good. The boys enjoyed it. When I asked the hubby how the wings tasted, he said«they were ok!» I don’t think that’s a great response. So we’ll be back for pizza but not the cheesesteak or wings.

So, my brother used to live in Denton and had told me about this great pizza joint down the road. I was sceptical, but after trying bosses for the first time, I had found my new favorite Pizza spot. I looked forward to my trips to Denton to just to go to Bosses once again. After about a year, the location closed and I was extremely disappointed. They always seemed busy and to this day I’m not sure why they closed it. However, I started working in the Haltom City region and caught this location out of the corner of my eye one day. The place is just as good as the Denton one was and I indescribably happy to work within driving distance. Staff is pleasant enough and they have a few retro arcade games, but just like before, the pizza is amazing. The cheese they use really makes the pizza and the crust is absolutely perfect. If you haven’t tried Bosses, you are doing yourself a huge disservice!

First time visit and pleasantly surprised! Had the $ 10 Tuesday pepperoni and sausage pizza-one word… delicious. The crispy crust was just the right and the mozzarella cheese was plentiful. Throw in an RC cola and you have a perfect combo. We loved the grub!

Excellent pizza, chicken, sandwiches and prices are reasonable also, they make it a point to get to know their customers.

Ordered a medium 3 topping pizza. Was out inno time. Delicious pizza, very generous with the toppings, and the crust was a buttery golden brown and crispy. The atmosphere is perfect for watching a game or happy hour after work. Prices are good for what you get.

This place has pretty good pizza and salad. I’ve been there a few times and the staff is always really friendly. There are plenty of pizza options and sizes too. The pizza is a little light in sauce for my liking so I ask for extra put on, but that’s just a personal preference. Would give a four and half if possible.

There are only a few places we go for Pizza, and of course this is one of them. After I get through with the salad with the Red Rive Ranch dressing I am pretty well stuffed. We use to order the largest pizza we have worked our way down to small since we discovered we never eat it all. Although good, left over pizza is never as good. Looks like a lots of sports teams go here after games — oh wait this is a pizza place and that’s where they always go. Although w e have a bit of a drive and pass many pizza places on the way, we come to Bosses.

We love coming to Bosses Pizza. This location has recently gotten new owners so the reviews will hopefully start coming in as to their new menu and style that is more becoming of other Bosses Pizza. They are very generous with their toppings! And the toppings are fresh and tasty. I look forward to coming back to check them out soon.

Not horrible pizza but not great either. It’s meh. Staff was very friendly, that was a plus. We got a large pepperoni pizza, it was very cheesy, good amount of pepperoni but the crust is kinda soft and soggy and the crust ends were brown and shiny like a soft pretzel. It wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had(that was in Vegas at 3am) but it’s not pizza I’ll crave. A pitcher of beer is $ 8 and I think that’s a pretty sweet deal, it’s a large pitcher and about six servings. There isn’t an ice machine and you have to ask them for a refill of ice(I guess?) but no one was around when I went to get a refill. The DFW area is seriously lacking a good pizza joint. I long for New York styled pizza and it appears to be nonexistent here. With that being said, I wouldn’t blow this place off but if amazeballs pizza is what you’re longing for you might be disappointed if you have the same pizza palate I do.

I liked this place the first time I tried it when we lived in the Rufe Snow area(a couple of years ago). We went in this past week and saw that the buffet was being served, but we decided to order our own pizza. The buffet did look pretty good, though. We ordered a large pepperoni & bacon pizza, 1 drink, and 4 wings and it was about $ 25. Seems high to me… We waited about 16 minutes for the pizza(not too bad), and the toppings and cheese were great. However, the crust was overcooked, too hard and crispy. It kind of scraped up the inside of my mouth. I don’t remember the crust being like that in the past. I thought the wings were good, but my husband, the wing connoisseur, said they were just ok. Overall, not sure we’ll be back anytime soon.

If a business has a self proclaimed«Best Pizza In Texas» quote I’m expecting something better than the chain store pizzas. If your idea of «Best Pizza» is just layering cheese on top of pizza dough, you don’t know good pizza. On arrival of the pizza(Pepperoni & Pineapple) all I could notice is the heaping amount of cheese and the grease that comes with it. The pieces of pineapple were chunks the size of a silver dollar. When I picked up a slice it just folded down like a wet paper towel. The taste was even worse than the appearance. It tasted like a heated up piece of grease soaked bread rolled around a piece of string cheese with some pepperoni. The price they charged for this abomination of a «Best Pizza In Texas» was $ 13 for a medium. For that price you can get a pizza from just about anywhere including restaurants. I would rate this pizza alongside Little Caesar’s(yes I just compared it to a $ 5 been sitting around for awhile waiting to be picked up pizza) although Bosses does use better ingredients.

Pizza is a hard thing to mess up but it is equally as hard to set yourself above the vastness that is status quo pie landscape. Does Bosses do that at all? In short, absolutely. Food: The toppings seem more fresh and it has as much cheese as a TRUTV reality series. They don’t skimp on anything either so they are zero shortcuts taken with their product which is difficult to find. This area is full of Mom & Pop businesses but this is one of the few that goes above and beyond quality and value. Service: I have had a mixed bag here; once it came out within 10 minutes another time it teetered on 35 minutes. Even on the long side I was okay with waiting because I know what was coming and I’ll wait for quality, and you could keep busy by watching sports or hitting the OG arcade games. The staff was generally young but very good and the Boss himself was always there to check up on us. The main downside about Bosses is the fact that they have limited themselves by not delivering(yet). I would shell out more and more often if I could have this delivered to my door, but they don’t have that and I feel that would make them flourish even more. Atmosphere: Basic but clean. Sports memorabilia displayed around and everything was spaced well. Like I said previously, the old school arcade is a nice touch to give the 90’s pizzeria feel which gives a bit of nostalgia. I would have liked to see the a bit more clean organization of the condiments and utensils but that is the only negative thing I could say. Overall: If you are looking for high end luxury pizzerias that seem to be so en vogue, this isn’t for you. There is no other place around that handles no-frills, quality pizza like Bosses does. Get some delivery going and I’ll add another star and probably 10lbs.

Bosses Pizza rocks! If you are a Fort Worth native, and know what old school Mama’s Pizza was like, you will enjoy Bosses. They have the similar rolled crust pizzas, same cheese, and similar tasting sauce, making them a favorite amongst my family and friends. Even though there is now a Mama’s on Heritage Trace, I still find myself going to Bosses because it is closer, and the difference is almost imperceptible. That being said, this review is completely predicated by the fact that Mama’s is my favorite pizza on the planet, and I have been almost everywhere. So if you are not a Mama’s fan, this may not be for you. I have been to both the NRH and Keller locations, and have found little difference, if any. Be prepared to spend a little more than the usual 10 bucks at Pizza Hut though. The Big Boss tops out at about 25 bucks, but it easily feeds 4, and you can almost always find coupons for Bosses online or in your usual mailers. I love this place, and will continue to make it a regular stop!

With the summer hours at my job giving me Friday’s off, Bosses Pizza’s lunch buffet has become a Friday tradition since last summer. Theirs is by far the best quality pizza buffet around. We can eat pizza and salad and get a drink for $ 15-$ 16. Look through your junk mail and you’ll find coupons to save a buck on the lunch buffet. They don’t have the widest selection on the buffet, but they’ll make anything you like and will add it as soon as it’s ready. Why put a bunch of random pizza out there that nobody wants, anyway?! And other reviewers are right: it’s SO cheesy. It’s delicious. And very reminiscent of Mama’s back in the day. The crust usually finishes pretty garlicky, and that’s the perfect way to end a slice.

Pizza was very good. Service okay. this is about the third place in as many months in this same spot. If they can get their beer license they may have a chance. We went on a Saturday night(no buffet) and my expectations were low when we walked in and there were only a few people there, but the pizza delivered(see my pic). Reminds me o Mama’s Pizza.
