Menu price shows one thing, but they charge a different price when your ticket comes out. Then they refuse to honor the menu pricing. This is why I’ll go next door to Arby’s instead. It’s not even about the money, it’s basic customer service. As a business owner I certainly couldn’t do that to my customers.

Judy the manager is ridiculous. She has no respect for her guest. She would not answer my call because she was busy and had no idea how to split a ticket. If it can’t be split then let me know. Now I’m out $ 30 because of her mistake. I will never go back and recommend no one ever go to this sonic. They will rob you and make your order wrong.

This is just the worst sonic… I live about a block away and I keep going back thinking one day it’ll get better or they’ll hire new people and it seems it only gets worse they take forever never get anything right and then to top it all off the bread is stale meat is old and it’s just disgusting. Save yourself the hassle drive 10 minutes further to the sonic on rufe snow

The address for the one across from TCC is: 8875 Blvd 26, North Richland Hills, TX76180 This location is NOT the one across the street from TCC, it is the one next to an Arby’s, cheep movie theater, etc! This one has a drive thru the other does not. I’ve personally never had an issue with this location and many of the issues other Unilocalers seem to have with this one seem to be issues I’ve had with the one across the street from TCC, not this one.

Every single time we come here we wait a MINIMUM of 10 min for drinks. Today was no exception. I ordered 1RT44 sweet tea, 1RT diet coke, 2 medium drinks. That’s it. I waited 20 minutes for said drinks. That is after I pulled out of my car slot and tried to go through the drive thru. I sat there for 5 minutes honking my horn as Noone would answer the call box. I got out of my car and spoke with a car hop. I was told they were short staffed, the excuse every time we come, and that they called staff from other stores to come help. I will not be back to this Sonic.

Sat at the dive in with the button flashing for 15 mins with no answer. Then we drove around to the drive thru to no avail. Sat there for about 5 mins with no answer. We finally left and went to another sonic. They were obviously serving people but they decided to ignore other customers until they were caught up. I understand if they’re running behind, but at least acknowledge someone is waiting and ask them to hold on a moment.

Exactly what the girl below me said. I go to school across the street at TCC and I once in a while will risk coming over to sonic and fear being late to class. But man I love those diet strawberry limeade’s. I was craving one after school today so I went to the location across the street. I waited 29 minutes for them to bring out my order which consisted of one large drink. And they have these fancy new screens now that don’t really do anything but flash more advertisements in your face. As soon as I placed my order I went to swipe my card and pay for my drink like I usually do. But the computer system would not read my MasterCard. So I waited. And I waited. When no one showed after 30 minutes I was glad that the computer did not read my payment and I just left. Way to blow it, Sonic

I usually don’t write reviews for fast food places. But this is the absolute worst Sonic location in the area. 1. They’re always slow slow slow. Slow to answer the button and slow to bring food out. 2. There’s a «drive-thru» but it’s not really a drive-thru. You push a button, order just like at the stalls, then drive around and wait in a marked space for them to bring food out. There’s no drive-thru window… so…it’s just an extra weird stall. It’s as silly as it sounds. 3. They charged me regular price during Happy Hour instead of the Happy Hour price. 4. One time a carhop literally stole money from me… this is why I never pay cash at Sonic anymore. 5. Recently I ordered a chicken strip dinner and it was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. 2-inch long chicken strips, floppy sad fries, only half a container of gravy, and a limp piece of bread(I won’t call it toast because it wasn’t toasted). 6. They even messed up a cherry coke. It tasted like pure cherry syrup.

I LOVE Sonic. I go there almost every day. After a two-week backpacking trip, I decided to reward myself with a Large Blast. When I began to eat it, I realized it didn’t have much topping on if at all. Basically, it was just an ice cream in Large cup. I thought about just leaving, but they weren’t busy so I called and told them what was up. A girl came out with a big attitude. She immediately announced that she had used TOO much topping and she could only give me a thimble of «extra» topping. I was so shocked at her attitude that I just handed to her and said I wouldn’t be back to Sonic. She gleefully threw it in the trash and walked off. No offer of refund. They just took my money and threw my product in the trash. I was blown away, so I called their customer service center. Another girl with HUGE attitude(Keesha?) was anything but sympathetic. She said if anyone cared, they would call back after a few days. No response after about 48 hours. I WILLNEVERRETURNTOSONIC. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They don’t deserve my business. If I could give negative stars, I would.
