Unethical practice. Scams you into paying for things you do not want or need. Does unnecessary procedures and inflicts pain on children. Unfair billing practices. Employees are nasty to deal with and make things up to bill you for. Dentist do poor work and I have had to have repairs done because of it at another dentist.

Absolutely fantastic dental office. I just moved here from New York and had the same dentist for over 30 years so I was very leery of going to someone else. I need not have worried. The staff is excellent, the dental hygienist was amazing and the doctor was very welcoming. I am not sure what the other negative reviews were about but Kaitlin was lovely and extremely thorough without causing me pain. My teeth feel great but they were in very good shape to start with so that may have something to do with it. I have already booked my appointments for the next year!

Here are the insult to injuries. I went to Lifetime dental for second opinion and found the one third of the filling filled by Cadwell Dental has already fallen out. So not only they cracked one of my tooth but also the other tooth has an issue of filling falling out. Cadwell dental too busy counting money, but they should be paying attention to quality of dental care. Worst dental office ever.

Cadwell Dental is great. State of the Art procedures & equipment, gorgeous offices~ great care & concern~ even offered workable payment plan for son’s braces. Highly recommend the Monthly Membership for reduced costs in services. Dr. Joshua Cadwell is the best~ highly trained compassionate staff as well. We love our dentist.

Went in for a cleaning and a tray for a tooth whitening kit. I paid cash for the cleaning as they said they didn’t accept my insurance. found out they do accept my insurance. They said they would reimburse my money if I came back with insurance. Instead, they billed my insurance and refused to reimburse my cash payment. Not very ethical! Will not deal with again.

As I said in my check in, I’ve never felt more comfortable then at this dentists office. I feel safe and well taken care of. Yes it is costly, but they are the best!!! They have all the latest technology and are transparent with their billing. The staff is friendly and competent. Have been going here for 4 years now. Would never consider going elsewhere. The dentist always explains everything thoroughly too.

I visited Cadwell dental for a cleaning. My hygienist was fabulous. She was gentle and thorough. The reason for my two star review is the cost. They were crazy expensive for just a new patient consult and basic cleaning. It was a nice experience, but far from a value. I would not return to Cadwell dental.

Ugh. Ive been battling Cadwell Dental since i walked in the front door. Its been the bane of my exsitence. A billing lady who never answers the phone and receptionists who are incompetent. If you aren’t very rich don’t bother going in there, they don’t deal with billing they are just used to people forking over thousands of dollars up front. They made me pay half of 3 grand just to start my procedure, told me this while i was writhing in pain in my dental chair. I just got a letter in the mail saying that my insurance did not take effect until after my procedure so im responsible for the bill. Looking through my paperwork i see that the billing lady sent the wrong dates of my procedure. I will never use this place again.

They are a bit expensive. I really like the facility, the staff was nice and everyone was cheerful. Reason for 2 stars. I’m not at the dentist for the customer service I’m there to get my teeth cleaned, not hand waxes or extra crap. So they did a basic cleaning which hurt like hell, I kept flinching and telling her my teeth were very sensitive but if think she liked watching me squirm and suffer. So after that was done they said I needed a deep cleaning and scaling. Ok so make me a quote. I about crapped myself when a normal scaling and deep cleaning was $ 800. I have good insurance that picked up a lot of the bill but that was what I was going to pay out of pocket? No thanks. Got the same done elsewhere for $ 200 and they gave me something to help with my pain. In most cases you get what you pay for, not the case here. I should of known better, if your building is that nice you must be overcharging everyone. Maybe they get away with it because of the location…

We are new patients at Cadwell dental. My 8 year old daughter was having anxiety about going to the dentist, so I switched to Dr. Cadwell. It was important to me that she had the option of having laughing gas if needed. She was able to have laughing gas, watch T.V., and great customer service. She felt like a superstar! She said «I love going to the Dentist!!!» The entire staff makes your visit very comfortable from the time you come into the inviting office until you leave. Dr. Cadwell is truly concerned about your experience!
