Although the coffee itself is average, the friendly customer service is a bonus. If you go early enough during the day like before 6:30 AM your wait won’t be horrendous but the rest of the day is out of control due to this place’s popularity.

Awesome new promo– will the wait time be faster now??? So I don’t have to sit in an idle car running with the AC when it’s 100 outside for 20 minutes behind 4 cars???
Since the new owners took over CS is horrible. Sent a message to the owner in January and still waiting to hear back. If Dutch Bros wants to grow/expand– they really need to leave this owner out of the mix. We’ve been horribly disappointed with the new ownership.

I go to Dutch bros at least 4 times a week lol there coffee is great (I always get the same thing though) and the staff is always pretty friendly. *** would definitely recommend them but only giving four stars instead of five for the fact that the wait time is crazy long. No matter what time I get there during the day there seems to be a line of at least 10+ cars in front of me.

I frequently see cars lined up for this place. They can be busy, but the clerk was very friendly and informative the time I visited. I’m no coffee expert, but he guided me through the menu and made good suggestions. Most of the business is drive through, but there’s also a walk up window. It’s nice to support a regional chain. They do have a punch card loyalty program.

The staff here are always upbeat and a big reason I stop by. The driveway takes some practice to negotiate but is a source of amusement watching others navigate.

I love the customer service here so much! Not only do the people working there love to be there but they want to go out of their way to make sure your experience is awesome. I literally park my car and walk up to the window now so I can hang out with these folks and talk to them about putting a delicious drink together. Now I just give them a little bit of direction and tell them to surprise me. Totally worth it! It’s basically getting a delicious present from someone way cooler than you but instead of being exclusive that want to make sure you’re day is as awesome as they are. Give it a try, you’ll love it.
