Starbucks

We just moved to the area. I miss many things about my old city. Mostly, I miss the friendliness of some of the local stores. You know… after you get to know everybody and you just enjoy going there… Well, tonight I walked in and ordered my «fussy» drink. The person who took my order remembered me from another day. She made my very specific drink PERFECTLY. She was sooooo warm and friendly! We had a fun conversation while I waited. That led to meeting the other two people who work there. She introduced them. I just thought, «HOW FRIENDLY!» I wish I remembered everybody’s name so that I could mention it in this post! (Nicole? Kayla? Third woman with short brown hair that I loved too?!)
I just really appreciated that. Fast service, so friendly and warm. Everything was clean and nice inside. I just loved the whole experience and I think I’ve decided to make that «my» Starbucks. There are several to choose from, but I will make sure to stop here first if at all possible. :)
I’ve gone through the drive through plenty of times. I recognized the person who helped me today. Sometimes the line can get long, but they move pretty darn fast. I appreciate their commitment to making my fussy drink right. :) It’s «one of those» orders. :)

Service is generally friendly. Slowest drive through ever. Usually wait a minimum of 5 minutes but if there are more than a few cars ahead of me it’s over ten minutes. I’m sure food service and the complexity of the drinks ordered ahead of me have an impact but staffing and efficient procedures should allow for the drive through to execute on its most basic value proposition, convenience.

Queensgate Starbucks have drones at the window. Tried to buy a coffee for some folks behind me and they would not do it. I pulled up and told them I wanted to buy the car behind me coffee as they were aliens, I went on to explain the «NOTW» symbol on the windshield stood for «Not Of This World» and if they weren’t of this world then they were aliens. It’s a Christian themed line of clothing. The gal in the window says she’s not going to say that, fine buy the coffee, I checked my change and she didn’t take it out, I left just saying their loss. They want to write «Race» stuff on the cup but in their political correctness won’t buy someone a coffee. Thus the «Drone» comment.

The staff is so friendly here it definitely makes a difference and is noticed! The inside isn’t big but the drive thru is always fast, accurate and friendly.

Love this location! It’s easy to get in and drive through is super quick… they are always willing to accommodate my custom drinks wittier giving me a hard time! Thankyou guys!!!

I am a regular at this Starbucks. They know me by name and my order. I enjoy the atmosphere. But more than anything, I like the fact that I can walk in and be treated more like a friend and less like a just a customer.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. The drive thru is so slow and I go inside thinking it will be quicker and it really isn’t. Starbucks has a reputation for being attentive and this one just seems so out of the loop.
