It is the best hot chocolate that I have ever had!!! Seriously the only place I will go for it. They also have the best apple pie smoothie that I have ever tasted, just don’t let it melt!!!

Great service, better coffee. Best coffee in south Richland by far. They even give all of their profit to charity! Good atmosphere for work or games with a play area well stocked with toys and books for the little ones. Avoid Thursday nights, group sing; too busy and loud. They serve Stumptown coffee and they brew it well. Try the pesto sandwiches for lunch!

When I arrived on a drizzly Wednesday evening, Sharehouse felt almost cavernous with seating options relative to the few patrons. I wouldn’t call the coffee shop cozy by any means, but it is a comfortable modern-industrial, with seating options ranging from tables to couches, and even a(somewhat awkward) time-out-esque, corner-facing, bar top right by the entrance. The service was neither friendly nor unkind. I made some silly joke about my fumbling with my wallet and got a blank-stare in return, but everything was provided as purchased. My drip coffee was tasty(3 cheers for Stumptown Coffee), albeit just shy of hot-enough. None of this really mattered to me, as I was there to plug in and get some work done, and the space was more than adequate for the task. I brought headphones so as to not have to rely on their Christian music of choice being my music of choice, and set to work. Buuuut… then my Spotify started pausing… and the pages I needed started loading sloooowly… and then I discovered that some work I had done wasn’t saving because the connection wasn’t keeping up. So. Three stars. I couldn’t reliably get any work done at all, which was my sole purpose for being there. Their Wifi is probably 1.5 or 2 stars. But the cleanliness, the space — all help it out a bit. If you go without needing a connection and have no qualms about music genre, then this could be the place for you! I give it an upward-lilting-meh, and don’t plan to return — though I am not sad that I went.

This place is so good! We love the coffee and the staff but in general this place is way better than Starbucks. This is a pretty big place with lots of seating. You can come with a group of people and play a game, chat, have small group or sometimes at night they have musicians come and play on a small stage. Plus, if you purchase any of the merch items you’re helping a cause(they have it all listed by each item). I have been here many times and have always had a great experience.

I got a true 16oz half sweet iced vanilla latte, and all I could taste overpoweringly was milk. I’ve also gotten just a plain latte, and it was too foamy like a cappuccino would be(for my taste). I recommend Resilient Coffee or Roasters Coffee over this.

My husband and I LOVE this coffee shop! The staff is welcoming, the café is very organic, they sell things that support non-profit organizations. Very clean and lots of seating choices. The coffee and pastries are delicious! I love the idea of supporting small companies, and this one is at the top of our list!

Let us pray. I went here on a blind date. Yes, those things still happen. I had heard about this coffee house a while back, so I bookmarked it and wanted to try it out. I thought I could impress a young woman with my choice, but instead the evening was filled with conversion of my pagan soul. Perhaps it’s my fault for not consulting the calendar, but apparently the cold evening I chose to visit here was a night when a youth group was having a religious gathering. There was singing, there was circumstance, there was God. I’m actually fine with that for any religion or belief. But I’d prefer to not have it in my face… or atleast give more of a warning by shooting off my bow. Granted this is my fault. I didn’t research. As soon as I saw the festivities setting up, I should have called an audible and pointed us elsewhere. But it was actually funny. We tried making small talk over hymns. We tried losing each other in our eyes which were trying to be saved by the light. I should say: the coffee was decent. There were trinkets and things to buy whose purchase counted as a contribution to those in need. There are some great ideas about this establishment, but it would be good to have better advertising about what you’re walking into when here. [ Needless to say, there was not a second date. ]

Staff seemed friendly, yet somewhat inefficient in helping customers verses other responsibilities. Love that the profits go to help those in need, including local organizations. The coffee was good and the Chai tea was very good. The establishment tends to be busy and noisy unfortunately.

Great atmosphere here – a nice place to meet up with friends, read a book, play a board game, or study. As for the coffee, the baristas are fast and friendly and always accurate with my order. Bonus: They’re open for long hours on Sundays.

By far the best coffee shop in the area! Never had a coffee I disliked. Although the prices are a little high, I am willing to pay for the friendly service, cozy design and most importantly the support they give to charities. Yes, that includes pro-life organizations and if you don’t like that, go to another coffee shop! There’s plenty around! P.S. Their Dirty Chai is bomb.

Expensive drinks, prepared by unfriendly people. Pastries?: Big city prices for low quality 3 – 4 days old croissants !! And internet? sooooo slow ! Only good thing is the place itself, large space with many sitting options. I want to support local businesses, but they need to work on few things here …

To date I have been a drive-through only customer, but I appreciate the pleasant interaction and lack of hype associated with getting a cup of coffee for the ride to work. I’m not always super articulate or alert in the morning, and everyone has treated me with kindness and good humor. The coffee is as pleasant as the staff, so that is a real bonus.

I’ve gone through the drive through a few times and while the coffee was good, it wasn’t anything special. I highly recommend if you have time to stop inside, enjoy your coffee in a mug and try something from their food selection. Fortunately some friends and I met up here one morning, so grabbed a gluten free quiche. YUM! The ambiance is nice. When I stopped in with hubby this week so he could try it out, they put on Lindsey Stirling which made him really happy. I also had a peanut butter cookie warmed up, which was really good.

This place is funny. My boyfriend and I were visiting my parents for the weekend from Portland and we found this place because a friend told us they served intelligentsia coffee. My boyfriend works in coffee and loves exploring new places that serve specialty coffee. This was a huge disappointment, we got there and within 5 minutes of walking in, it was obvious that they had lost their intelligentsia account due to lack of knowledge that they had. They served stumptown, but didn’t even know the different types of coffee they had. Long story short — it was a pretty big disappointment and the fact that they were playing Christian music the entire time was also sort of a turn off.

5⁄5 amazing coffee — imported from the one and only Stumptown roasters in PDX. Legit! 5⁄5 sweet atmosphere — perfect for chilling with friends or studying. 4⁄5 prices are a little high, but well worth it. 50 cent refills on drip, so that’s sweet. 4⁄5 coffee options — could use some pour-over, aeropauses or french press love! 5⁄5 cause and community: this place seems serious about engaging the global issues of injustice.

If you are looking for a coffee shop with a great atmosphere, has tasty coffee, and doesn’t come with the steep prices you’ll find down the street at Starbucks, this is the place for you. I have been several times but I love bringing my 7 year old son with me. Our last visit I had a delicious cup of black coffee and he had a delicious piece of pumpkin cake. We sat and played a board game for a while and just relaxed. The staff was friendly and informative about their products and the place was very clean. I like that their proceeds go to different charities.

This place is awesome! Great baked goods, great service, great coffee and a good place to bring kids! I was able to get a really good cup of coffee and then put my kid in this little play area that’s full of toys. They also have these crazy looking toys missing pieces of their bodies that totally freak my kid out. Now when my kid doesn’t listen to me, I remind her of that creepy toy and tell her if she isn’t good, it’ll crawl into bed with her!

I love their coffee! I love that they use fair-trade beans! SOO important. We are from Portland, and try to support fair trade as much as we can. They get 5 starts for an amazing latte, 5 stars for cause. Their prices are fair, slightly less than what you’d pay for Starbucks and in my opinion, much better tasting(something gets lost in the automatic espresso machines). I’m really astonished by the uneducated comment left by Tina. It’s really sad that people can be so drowned out by «first world» problems, they forget to support a real cause like fair-trade, which is giving people opportunities we can never imagine living without, let a lone complain about. This place can give their revenue wherever they want, even if you’re against the cause they support(there’s an application online), but it’s still better than someone’s pockets. All that aside, I go here for the coffee! This place is #1 in tricities and in my top 10 favorites ever! Great, always friendly service, too.

This coffee shop is owned by the church and they support religious based charities. When I came in, my money went to a pro life organization. I refuse to support the suppression of women or give my money to any religious organization. People need to know where their money is going which is the purpose of my post. If you want to give more of your taxed income to a tax exempt organization that violates our constitution’s ‘separation of church and state’ then this is your place. They played Christian music as well which is definitely not what I want to listen to.
