I’ve been coming here since 2004. They are one of the best in town and best for me and my husband. They are quite busy so need to call at least a day in advance. The price is on the high side but it is very well worth it. Last month I needed a hair cut on Sunday when the Salon was closed so I had a haircut in the Mall instead and it turned out to be a mistake! I will not have my hair cut anywhere else but here as long as I still live in the Tri-​City area.

I am very cautious of who I let cut my hair. While it is a fairly easy cut (long hair with one layer and frame the face) somehow some stylists manage to screw it up.
Beckah (not sure if that’s spelled correctly) did a great job. She’s super friendly and made it so smooth afterwards. She did such a good job I’m going back this week to let her chop my mid-​length hair into a a-​line bob.

Having recently moved back to the Tri Cities I spent a little while searching for the perfect hair salon and I’ve finally found it. Tina is amazing, she listens to what I want and gave me the first cut and color I’ve ever been 100% happy with.
They could do with adding a place to sit while we wait but the wait is never very long so its not a big deal.

I have been going to this salon for three years. I always trust them with my hair cuts and colors. They are pretty good about booking me as soon as they can. Usually its within the week that I call. Every time I come in, they ask what I want done. I give them a brief explanation of what I want, which generally consists of I want my hair color a little lighter and keep the cut long. From there, do whatever you feel looks good. I am never disappointed. What I also love is that the girls always want to talk about hear about the latest in my life. And if I have the same girl, she remembers me and we continue on with our conversations from before.
And I love that each artist has tattoos. I love seeing tattoos more in the workplace and they are always good conversation starters. Stylish, friendly and talented group of ladies.

I spent 4−½ decades looking for a hair salon that didn’t make me want to hide under the nearest rock afterwards. Then I discovered Reflections. I’ve enjoyed the talents of two of their stylists, Melissa and Heather. Both are talented and intelligent (important!).
The salon is clean, appears very well run, and the employees always appear to be happy and work well as a team.
