Discount Tire Store – Richland, WA

First they ordered the wrong tires, then they ruined a tire I wanted to keep. All was a understandable mistake but then they tried to lie about what happened to my tire. Then the store manager asked me for my address to mail me a gift card which he never mailed. Then he tried to say that 100 dollars was my rebate check and that he gave me an additional 100 dollars off my 1700 tires. The first conversation we had the 100 dollars he was going to mail me was going to be on top of the rest. This is the first time I have ever given any company a bad review. I have been going to Discount for years with no problems. I will never again go back to them.

I appreciate consistency and it’s nice to see a staff that is timely, friendly, honest, efficient and works well together. My husband and I have been here a few times for a variety of services over the years from ordering tires, tire replacement and repair. The facility is big, bright and clean. There’s a large window with stools alongside if you’d like to sit and observe from the waiting area as well. They’ve always provided good work and service.
This latest time the Tire Pressure Monitor came on in our vehicle and when we went to check the tire pressure we discovered a small piece of metal in one of our tires. We drove to Discount Tire and in a timely manner they took in our car, inspected our tire and repaired it. We are grateful they were able to repair it so our road misfortune didn’t turn into a costly replacement.

I got new tires for my ’08 Subaru WRX here. They were the best price in town. I had been having battery issues and my car died when they were putting the tires on. An employee jumped my car with his own personal vehicle.
They followed up with an email to get my tires rotated months later. They rotated them for free. The staff has been friendly and professional every time I’ve been in.

Highly recommended! This place is fast, friendly and honest. It’s very clean and has a nice waiting area while your car gets worked on.
