Happy to find that this HI has been updated and that it has USB ports to charge all of the assortment of electronics that we travel with
Breakfast was good. Good selection and availability.
Room was clean, although we prefer that the pull out be stripped b4 we use it. We want to put clean sheets on ourselves.
We would stay here again

What a pleasant surprise at this Hampton! Making the reservation I anticipated an older property, which it is, and driving South on US 49 from I-​20, the neighborhood didn’t look great. I had low expectations on arrival, but the lobby was updated so nicer Han expected. I still anticipated an older style room — boy, was I surprised!
The rooms have been completely updated. Wood grain tile at entrance and in bathroom. Stylish bathroom fixtures and excellent lighting. Sliding door for bathroom/​closet access with full mirror.
Bed and linens standard for remodeled Hamptons, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge. Lounge chair and side table. EXCELLENT desk chair and plenty of lighting. Good heat/​AC unit — quiet! Room toward back of hotel — not much noise from the street traffic.
Very comfortable.

Roomy, safe, warm, wifi worked wonderfully… continental breakfast had all the containers, but some were empty, like the half-​n-​half (ended up finding a bucket of individual containers under the counter) or clogged, like the waffle batter machine and the raw sugar container. The exhaust fan didn’t appear to work in our room, which made for minor discomfort. Overall, Hampton Inn still highly recommended, it’s just not so high-​toned at this particular location, though the cost is the same.

Five stars! Very clean, well laid out property. Parking is ample and extremely well lighted. Security cameras made us feel secure in leaving items in our vehicle (nothing missing come sun up)! Carpets and floors seem clean. Elevator had a little *traffic* showing but it was not bad and it’s a high traffic area so not bothersome. Wifi had weak spots but worked 99% of the time.
Staff was on point. If we needed it they had it! Breakfast is a nice selection of healthy options. I would prefer straight up pork sausage, but the turkey options weren’t bad. They also provide a On the Go grab bag for guests that wish to have it. The bag includes a muffin, a fresh fruit, cereal bar, and a bottled water! Epic offering!
Rooms were well sized and very comfortable even for three people. Décor and linens are amazing and fresh!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
