The owners of this McAllister restaurant have changed the food quantities to the point it’s not even good anymore. Now if we go, we are forced to pay for extra meat. You will literally get two small slices of deli meat on a 5 inch hoagie. I wished they would have raised the prices of the food rather than lower the quality. The good news is the other local McAllister restaurants haven’t done this so make the drive to Pearl.

Slowest service everr! Stopped in for a quick lunch at 12:30 and it took 70 minutes! Our friends came in 10 minutes after us and got their food before us. We stood for 10 minutes to get a refill. Dishes were piled up on the floor in their kitchen! The Italian chopped salad was just so so.

Terrible example of McAlisters. SLOW service. Cold food. On this trip only the men’s restroom was functional. Skip this location. Poorly managed.

Same experience as Sandra H. A day ago. Kitchen chaotic and orders not coming out. We left after 35 minutes and did not eat. Other customers waited for refunds. First time to this location and we normally love McAlisters. May have just caught this one on a bad weekend.

Not a good experience: While traveling through Jackson, Ms we wanted to stop for a reliably good quick meal. We ordered our lunch and waited twenty minutes before inquiring about our order. We were told it would be out soon. We waited another 10 before I asked to speak to the manager. He was «too busy» to speak to me except to peek his head through the service window. He said they had run out if plates. Meanwhile, at least five or six others we asking the same question about their orders. After an additional 15 minutes our food came out cold. We muddled through our meals and still nothing from the manager, not even an I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Total waiting time…45 mins. Not acceptable!
