This place isn’t anything fancy. The pedi chair and equipment were kind of worn and outdated. The lady I got was nice, she didn’t really try to start a conversation with me so I appreciated that. My pedicure came out nice, I got the basic one so I was kind of sad the massage was non-existent. :(However, she made up for it when she did my manicure. I thought i didn’t need one but she cleaned up my cuticles really well. In order to get the right color for the shellac i chose we had to do one finger at a time. I appreciated she took the time to do that. They look fantastic, best on I’ve got in the are so I will be back. I might have found my new nail shop.

So disappointed! Owner is so friendly, however… The facility is small and overcrowded. Most pedi chairs are in bad condition. Very limited selection of polish colors, best take your own. Everything bare bones. What killed it for me is; sitting in pedi«spa» every seat full. I was last one out. The chairs were set upright, the tools & wet towels cleared away, not one single tub was cleaned! A couple were hosed out, nothing more. I was kept waiting for close to 30 minutes because technician who was to do me left for lunch. Looked like a good idea, so I followed her example–

I love this place! The people are kind and always do a great job. It is not a luxurious establishment, but the service I get there is good and carefully given. This is my place of choice, even though it is a bit of a drive.

I very rarely leave negative responses, but I feel like I owe the public a service… I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Took about 30 minutes, 15 of that was sitting there in luke-warm water, less than 2 minutes of massage, toenails were uneven, not shaped the same(some square, some rounded), and my nail polish was so bad I literally went home and took it off. I was absolutely appalled. The only reason I stayed til the end was because I had sadly dragged my sister with me. Her experience was slightly better(she didn’t have to redo her polish like I did), but we both agreed it was horrific. Zero communication. I had received a gift certificate or else i would never have gone. I WILLNOT be back.

So rude and the fastest mani pedi I’ve ever gotten. They rushed us out and literally asked me if I ha cash to tip before I even got to the counter. Won’t go back

I had a terrible experience here. I went for a manicure and removed my rings(wedding ring and another ring) to set on the station table next to me. After finishing, I forgot to put my rings on and left only to discover about 45 minutes later that I had left my rings. I went back and they were gone. The workers were hardly sympathetic and kept telling me I should check my purse and check my house. I am 100% positive that my rings were left in that exact spot and someone took them — whether it was a customer or a worker I’m not sure. I take responsibility for forgetting something valuable, but it’s the responsibility of the business to keep it safe until the owner returns, and they failed to do that.

I honestly chose this place because I was looking for a bargain mani/pedi spot to go to in between my nicer spa visits, and this place looked decent from the outside. Usually you can gauge what to expect on depth of service by salon pricing. Believe me, I don’t go to a strip mall place such as Pedi Spa & Nail expecting the pedicure I received at Nouveau, however I still expect SOMETHING for $ 20($ 25 really, I always tip appropriately on services). Unfortunately this place is not relaxing at all, with stations everywhere and barely a walk-through isle to get to the seats. They have nowhere to put your purse/coat/and no magazines were to be found Seriously? That is a bare minimum in a salon people, even if the magazines are a year old! I understand this is the type of place that wants people in and out, and I can appreciate that, but you still have to provide a decent service if you want to build a clientele. My water was scalding hot, no one even asked about the temperature, and they forgot to put any salts or anything to soak with in the water… apparently you have to ask — weird. The pedicure was done in a jiffy; the scrub lasted a minute, as did the massage(which is my favorite part!). Also, they only want tips in cash, even though they accept Visa/MC. I never carry cash, so they had to make an exception, but I thought that was very odd. The people were nice enough, but this place isn’t even going to be my bargain mani/pedi spot, there is just nothing to bring me back. The search continues…

The place is small with too many stations in it. They focus on getting you in and getting you out. I went for a pedicure and it was lightning fast, which was not what I was looking for. Barely scrubbed my feet and the massage was nonexistent. The color itself came out fine but it wasn’t the relaxing experience I look for when getting a pedicure.

The one and only pedi I have had here was awful. The woman who did my feet would SLAP my legs when she wanted me to put the other foot up for her or get my attention! I picked out a polish that was old and gloppy and instead of noticing it and suggesting I pick out another color, she kept applying increasing layers of gloppiness to my toes — trying to get it to smooth out??? Awful. To be fair: My friends love it there and only go there. I prefer Happy Nails by Winco.
