Coffee is crazy addictive if I’m craving coffee it’ll be from roasters, not to mention the great service and music that surrounds you. People always in a good mood, fun to talk to the employees get to know them and all about their rad tattoos.

Pretty darn tasty coffee. I like the music and I can’t see what the other posters are saying that it’s too loud, there’s at at least a dozen people having conversations right now. My daughter’s muffin was pretty good too.
Strangely enough, no drip coffee. Bizarre…

It truly is as good as it gets! You have everything in this little coffee house that you could want! Smiles everywhere you look, super fast service, again with a smile. The prices are more reasonable than just about any other place I have been in, and the coffee is so good it puts a smile on YOUR face. The atmosphere is fantastic, for sitting and chatting, doing homework, business meeting, inside or outside, always have the cutest holiday decorations, they have a huge heart and give back to the community in so many ways! Really, I won’t go anywhere else since I found this place right after it opened. Love this place !

The coffee is here is always delicious. I avoid Starbucks at all costs and go her whenever possible.
The signature drinks are fun. The baristas are very friendly and helpful. In fact, when we first moved to the Tri Cities, the guy who made our coffee gave us our drinks for free to welcome us to the area.
The inside «coffee bar» is super hipster though… so not everyone will love it. There are lots of young kids hanging out (the typical Richland middle-​upper class white high schoolers with their fancy BMWs ;)). Doesn’t bother me too much, but some may find the *hipster vibe* annoying.

Great espresso and espresso based drinks. Note that they don’t serve drip coffee (which is fine since if you really like coffee that is not what you would order anyways). Very friendly staff. I do like the eclectic feel of this location– although I deducted 1 star because there were a lot of flies inside when I was there– making it feel a bit dirty (I recommend some hidden fly traps)

Two dollar Americano on ice. Wow. Thank you. Not only cheap but extremely delicious. I guess the sticker shock is biased from living in large metropolitan areas my whole life.
They have a drive thru which is popular but I bet every local knows this.

Best prices in Richland! They do stamp cards. Have a nice lobby with wifi. And lovely roses here
A blended snickers is good so is the rocket

Man their coffee is pretty darn good overall and I normally get their white rocket iced for their check in offer of $ 2.00 for a 16 oz drink. That’s one good deal and yes they took us away from Dutch Bros if Dutch Bros would start doing check in offers then I would choose them over Roasters anyday of the week.
Issues I have with Roasters is the consistency in customer service. One day they will let us get 2 drinks with 2 different check-​ins and another day they wouldn’t. Their employees at this particular location appeal to being covered in tattoos with numerous piercings. It’s great that they are confident in self expressions so if your a conservative Southern Baptist, you might want to go visit Starbucks instead
Overall I love it here and they are on the way to my wife’s workplace so it’s perfect for us to grab a nice cold drink. Their drinks here are pretty consistent with no complaints
