Bizarrest things, and not in a good way. This morning I purchased a small coffee. As the associate is handing me my change, she deftly deposits a quarter(from my change) into their tip jar. Never seen such a thing before. I had a bus to catch and didn’t argue it then though I probably should have as that’s ridiculous. Also, a few days ago, the manager was mopping the floor and mopped right over my leather sandals(bad for the sandals and gross for my feet). I was looking out the window and didn’t notice him until I felt the wet mop on my feet. He didn’t give a heads up, or apologize afterwards. Wth.

Their WiFi doesn’t work, not clean, but decent coffee and donuts. Plus, I paid in all coins and got no attitude, so that’s saying something good!

This dunkin donuts location is probably the worst I’ve ever been too. The first time I went I ordered a medium caramel iced coffee, they gave me an iced coffee with extra milk. Very recently I went there knowing that they closed at 11:00pm, I arrived there at 10:20pm, the store was empty and there were baking racks in the store front. I thought maybe when I looked up the hours online somehow they got it wrong. So I called up the place just to see if there was anyone in there, I watched the guy answer the phone and look right at me. And I said are you guys open?, and he said no we close at 8pm. He then proceeded to turn off the store lights. Let me just reiterate that it was now 10:25pm, 45 minutes until their actual closing time and also 2 hours and 25 minutes after they apparently close. Not only is that ridiculous, I’ve never even heard of a dunkin donuts closing at 8pm.

Lately I’ve been having a heck of a sweet tooth and tonight was no exception. After popping into the 24-hour grocery Joy Fruit to get my nightly fix of gummy cherries and peanut M&M’s I proceeded to head home and was passing Dunkin’ Donuts and thought it would be nice to wash down the candy with a grease-soaked donut, but I only had $ 0.71 — Since I have never purchased 1 donut from Dunkin’ Donuts before I figured 71¢ would be more than enough, but I was wrong. A single donut was like $ 1.19(or something like that). Anyway, the nice man behind the counter was kind enough to hook me up with a donut for 71¢ and not just any donut. He let me take the last Boston Cream. Woohoo! Now I don’t want the world to bum rush this place demanding 71¢ donuts, but I thought they deserved a shoutout. Thanks Dunkin’ Donuts! =)

Unsanitary. Unprofessional(went there with a gift card and the guy behind the counter seriously asked me if I’d pay with cash instead). Ridiculous(I come here st least four times a week and order a medium, black coffee. What could be simpler? Every time I do this, I then have to go through the process of rejecting sugar and milk when they ask if I want those. Like, what part of medium, black coffee was not understood? Or, «plain bagel with cream cheese» becomes a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese. Why would they assume that’s what I want?) I can really go on and on about this place. oh, one last thing… absolutely not the cleanest place.

Convenient location. It’s not too far from where I live. Service is fast, lines are usually short.

These guys are really slow. When my best friend lived right downstairs from them Id sleep over, wake up early the following day to bring back some coffee for us. I would go with the intentions of it being a surprise, but i would always be gone for so long that I would never get back on time and end up having her homemade coffee and two ice coffees that i bought. I really cant think of anything else to say because the service here is not what it should be. They dont even act like they like being there. they make you feel like you are a major inconvenience being a patron to their store. I thought that having customers was all part of that whole money making thing?

Service here is terrible and slow. Its a shame because this Dunkin Donuts is still relatively new and in a very good and nice location.

This is my local Dunkin Donuts and I wish it was better. They act like they never see me but I’m in there once a day. I don’t get a warm feeling going there. I wish I did. This is conveniently located, but service is slow. I have to agree, the one on Lefferts has better service. There are too many Dunkin Donuts in this area. This one should have been a nicer restaurant, or a burger place to offset the pizza place across the street.

This DD is the worst one I’ve EVER been too, and the reason I have to come here(sometimes) is because it is the closest. If I have time, I take extra steps to go to the one on Lefferts. — they are SLOW, extremely SLOW, snail slow (I went in, ordered a Latte and hash browns — there was NO one in line behind me. By the time I was done(18 minutes later), there is a LINE of 6 – 7 people behind me. PLUS, they have no sense of ORDER! I was so pissed off when they started making other people’s food(the more complicated ones like the sausage muffins) before my hash browns — that made no sense. It was only until I said something that they made my order — what?!) — they are slow ALL the time, more than once I waited much too long They only get my business because of their location. They move like snails, their service is absolutely terrible in terms of attitude too. AND they are cheap — they will almost never honor promotions(like the ones on TV) and begrudgingly(with confused looks on their faces) take coupons.
