I had a major problem with one of the wheels. Justin was very helpful keeping me informed. Convenient drop off service for after hours. If you can’t get there by 5 pm, drop off /​pick it up at the El Cheapo and the attendant there will take care of you until 8:30 at night. The reason for the lower rating is I also requested an oil change. Later found out that my oil was leaking due to an improperly tightened cap on the oil pan, that is mechanic 101 level.
