Évaluation du lieu : 5 Old Louisville, Louisville, KY
Stopped here tonight We were staying at the hotel next door it was late and didn’t want Denny’s We are pretty much tired of subway due to the fact they are at a lot of truck stops But it was warm outside and it’s quick so decided on subs The girl behind the counter was very friendly All ingredients looked good… Which we are not use to with subways up north Subs were very tasty. Cookies were really good I would have only give a 4 star but the service we got was exceptional so I added a star for that If your a subway fan this is one you have to try

This restaurant is just terrible. I am new to town and since this one is just across the street from my house, I have been going here for the last few months. We love Subway and eat it maybe 3 – 4 times a month… but I’m done giving this one a chance. I will drive a few more blocks to the other one in Richmond Hill from now on. So the first time I went I ordered my footlong Turkey, Bacon, Avocado. The lady behind the counter put 4 pieces of turkey on the sandwich. I’ve been going to Subway long enough to know that they don’t spread out the meat like that. 4 Pieces on a footlong? I didn’t say anything, but she moved onto my husbands 6 inch and put 2 pieces of turkey on it, and 1 piece of cheese. These are $ 10 and $ 6 sandwiches, I don’t pay that much for half of what I should get. The lady was also very spacey and I had to repeat myself probably 4 times per sandwich. The next time I went the manager had her(what I’m assuming is) child with her. It was a boy probably 7 – 8 years old. He kept going from behind the counter to on the other side. He was putting his hands all over the cups that had yet to be used. There was another couple who I could tell had just gotten off the highway for a quick lunch break, and they were eying the situation and whispering about it. The two woman working behind the counter were also gossiping and just talking about things that shouldn’t be talked about when customers are within earshot. I know Subway isn’t necessarily a «professional» place, but when you are an employee to a business, you represent the business and should keep private conversations private. I don’t want to hear about your boyfriend and sex problems. This last trip is what is my final straw. I show up and no one is in line, cool. I stand there and about 3 minutes later an employee came around the corner and said he’ll be right with me. Finally another 5 minutes pass and there is a gentleman in line behind me now. The kid working behind the counter was doing busy work while we were waiting in line, and just kept saying he would be with us. I was in a good mood so I didn’t get too annoyed. Probably another 3 minutes later he finally starts taking my order. That’s 11 minutes of waiting. I needed a handful of sandwiches and had to explain to him 5 different times what kind of bread I wanted, each time he’d turn around and forget again. It took him at least 15 minutes from start(bread on the counter) to finish(paying). Oh, same spaceyness when it came to the veggies. I probably said the same thing 2 times on each sandwich. By the time I paid there was a line of people behind me. Poor guy right behind me had been waiting at least 20 minutes. Probably more like 25 minutes. Anyway I pay, get my drinks and go out the door. Finally. I get home, put a straw in my sprite just to get a mouth full of carbonated water. Anyway. I reeaaaally think upper management needs to take a look at this place. Obviously the store management is doing nothing(considering they were one of my problems! NO manager should have her kid running around the store!!!).
