Staples

Visited this staples a few time. Always found everything I needed .Some of the employees here can be VERY rude and some are always willing to help. The lines can get really long at times. I Will definitely come back in the future if I need any office /​home supplies.

NEVER AGAIN!
Came here to get a simple few bunch of papers Spiral Bound for a Presentation. Was told that it would take 2 – 6 hours from a nice girl in the Copy Department to get finished. There is no way that a simple task like that would take such a long time according to my friends. The price was excellent and the girl in the copy dept was nice but after I got aggravated she said she would help me and later told me to come back. I waited in line for over forty five minutes while I saw another guy overwhelmed taking over her shift. I prayed to GOD that my work was done as I drew closer to the line. Thank the lord it was done by the time I got to the front of the line and I was out of the door. They need more than two or three people to be at this department at least.
I gave the other start because the regular salesperson and cashier working in the ink department was super helpful. She was so nice and asked what kind of ink I needed for my printer. She and her coworkers in the INK department were helpful and told me they would help me with my copy center needs, if need be.

Not the busiest staples, which make it to my preferred location to buy the office equipment I need.
Unlike what I read on the reviews here, the staff have been helpful on any visit. They have literally everything. And I always end up buying more than I planned.
They are located just next to the van wick, and that makes this location ideal for me when I just need to buy something and move on.

The printing services/​staff were awesome. They responded to my email very quickly and everything was ready for me when I came in. I highly recommend this staples!

This review is for the copy center. They were very helpful the few times I had to go here to print and make copies. I have not had a bad experience.

This Staples has the worst customer service I ever experienced, they wasted my time, and were rude. Employees here don’t care at all! drive a couple of miles and go to another one and avoid the headache.

I came In here to buy something that was listed online. They didn’t have the sale at the store and their computers were freezing when I tried to order online. The customer service is horrible here. I will not go to this Staples again. When I finally placed the order I came back 2 days later and I waited 45 minutes till I got the item I ordered. Horrible

Not a very busy store at all… actually it’s empty of staff and shoppers. Great place to run in and out… the staff that you do find is friendly and helpful. Very clean and organized store. Staff is also knowledgeable of deals and makes sure you get the best discount. One of the better staples.

I don’t know how they stay in business. Store was not even busy, but staff was chatting with other customers — not even talking about any specific items. Told salesperson that we wanted to purchase Kindle HD and Nexus tablets — but needed help to get items. Waited 10 minutes with a couple of reminders — finally walked out after receiving no service. They lost a big sale — but guess they don’t care.

A nice genuine greeter at the door and I’m in a Jamaica Queens location, no sh! ttin me, right? I ran in here to grab a nice leather bound resume holder/​pad for an upcoming interview. Nice folks, not far from the house. In and out. A-​OK.
