Wow, I sure wish I would have looked here before we hired Ace Fence Company. Lorenzo was quick to take all money upfront for our fence, but has been over a week and we are still trying to get a hold of him to finish the hardware installation. I agree, he does not answer his phone or texts. I would not recommend his business at this time.

Warning!!! Lorenzo Olivarez owner of ACE Fencing in Richmond Rosenberg is a dishonest crook. I hired Lorenzo Olivarez to build a fence around my new home in Richmond. He took forever to get anything accomplished, he would not return phone calls and final thing was that he set 70 fence beams in concrete 6 inches on my neighbor’s property. His suggestion was to just move the property line markers.
I has to pull them all at my own expense. I put a stop pay on an advance check for materials for 5k and he managed to get it cashed from some five and dime store, and now they are coming after me for the money. I have heard from three other reputable people in Richmond Tx now that have been scammed by Lorenzo including a local Veterinarian and an attorney who give Lorenzo money for work but received none. Finally his employee that worked for him at my home came to me to ask the dates he had worked at my home so that he could sue Lorenzo for non-​payment for his work. Lorenzo told him he never worked for him at all. This man needs to go to jail. Be ware!
