El lugar se mira sucio, le pongo una estrella por que no puedo dejarlo sin nada, la atención es pésima como que a pedir llega el cliente y no a comprar .Todo el tiempo están de mal humor y con caras de enojados el pan de lo peor

I can’t believe these people serve hard bread. I’ve only came in here twice the first time they gave me hard pan frances I was so upset. The second time I came in the lady working was on her phone & she completely ignored the fact that I was waiting. Nasty bread & really really bad costumer serves.

Came here while craving something sweet and was pretty disappointed. I wasnt expecting anything to rock my world but I would like to have fresh pastry going to a bakery, ive had fresher baked goods buying them from luckys/safeways. Its cheap and edible but not so yummy. I got a guava turnover, the guava was decent a tad bit on the sweet side the actual turnover itself was stale.

The staff is very nice. The bread is very good and super cheap. But sometimea the bread isn’t fresh and you won’t know about it until you test it.

This is my favorite bakery in the Richmond /San Pablo area. The bread is always fresh and you can taste all the flavors in it !! Their French bread is also really good ! And I always appreciate good customer service and they are always friendly and helpful and most importantly affordable. The only problem is its easy to miss because it used to be a bar but that really doesn’t bother after falling in love with the bread :)

The bread here is amazing and really cheap! FOOD: This place sells Salvadorian sweet bread, which is a little different from Mexican sweet bread. The conchas are not as sweet as the ones I am used to so if you’re looking for something very sweet I’d suggest trying something else. The bread consistency is the best thing about their treats(as it should be). It’s not spongy and dry like a lot of pan dulce I have had. LAYOUT: I think this place used to be a bar. It’s very dark inside and has a special seating area for those who want to enjoy their sweet treats inside. It looks a little creepy from the outside but don’t judge a book by its cover! ADDITIONALINFO: They also sell a couple of other grocery items including: different types of cheeses, sour creams, soda, and candy. They serve coffee and other beverages.

I liked Angie’s pan, but I’ve been increasingly disappointed. First off, they sell stale pan, but it’s in with the freshly baked items. They don’t tell you they’re selling stale bread, and there is no indication. Today I bought the exact same items as I did three days ago, but paid 35% more. If I’m to believe the person at the counter, the price of empanadas has jumped over 50% in three days. On top of this, later when I did the math I realized the person overcharged me even with this taken into account. We’re not talking about a huge amount of money, but I don’t like feeling ripped off in general. It leaves a stale taste in my mouth, pun intended…

This new Guatemalan and Savadorean bakery is in the old Pit Boss Barbeque, the location of numerous failed businesses. I hope Angie’s suceedes. I recently spent a year in Guatemala and this would be a good bakery in that country. It is probably has the best Guatemalan baked goods in the Bay Area. On Saturday they sell Salvadoran tamales for $ 2. I only bought 3 turnover for $ 1. The crust was tender and tasty. Tbe fillings way above most Latino baked goods. The pineaplpe filling was juicy with good fruit taste unlike most of the bakery empanadas that look and taste like glue. Another plus for clearly marking what is in the bakery case. I’ll definately back to try more. Some warning: 1. This was once a HUGE restaurant and way too big for the little bakery case. Don’t be put off by the large dark cave feel. Eplore the treasure within 2. I don’t know how they can succeed with these low prices. That kept me from buying more on my first visit. I did not think anything that inexpensive could be good. Those turnover were great Angie was on the phone, so I didn’t get a chance to chat. She has her little baby at the bakery in a walker behind the counter. Check it out and report back.
