Anytime appliance came out the day I called to service my Samsung refrigerator. Over the phone they asked a few questions about what was going on and they brought the part they needed and fixed it on the spot in 15 minutes. They cleaned out the back of the unit and gave me some suggestions for avoiding issues in the future. What more can you ask?
