Wow, you would never think this is actually an Arby’s…it’s looks more like a full service restaurant. Their sliders are amazing.

They have the best customer service ever! And the cashier that works in the morning who wears the dark colored lipstick is always to warm and welcoming, I love coming here to eat!

Fast, hot food that I’m pretty sure is made to order(I heard them tell a woman who was waiting that they were making her cheese sticks fresh), an extremely efficient and courteous staff and a clean and visually appealing dining area. No parking or drivethrough since it’s in downtown Richmond. There was a huge line but I was able to order and got my food in an extremely reasonable amount of time.

This Arby’s location wins awards from what they tell me. It’s easily the most professional and well run Arby’s in the country. It handles a serious amount of lunch volume from people that work in downtown Richmond. They are always at the top of their game. The food is also properly made and in over 2 years of going here I’ve never had my order wrong. This Arby’s is the gold standard for owners of the franchise. Takes notes, this place is awesome. The rotisserie chicken, fresh salads and curly fries are pure crack. The only gripe about this place is that it’s in the city of Richmond. That means taxes. Not just normal taxes, I’m talking about EXTORSION taxes. It should be criminal. In closing, I would avoid this Arby’s if you can help it. It’s so clean and professional you’ll think the rest are run like this. It might spoil you. You might get used to a civilized society where super polite people take your order with a smile. There are some really great people who work at this location.

If you’re ever near the James Center in Downtown Richmond and you’re craving familiar comforting food, this Arby’s is a must. It’s like a little hidden gem, a gourmet Arby’s. First, the people working there are super friendly. This Arby’s has a menu like no other. They have everything from rotisserie chicken with delicious vegetable sides to your regular Arby’s fare of beef n’ cheddars and curly fries. Besides the usual roast beef sandwich and curly fries, my favorites here are the rotisserie chicken with a baked potato and side salad. I’ve also just gotten a vegetable plate with summer squash, baked potato, and macaroni and cheese. Everything has always been tasty. I’ve even gotten a chicken salad wrap that’s pretty good. You cannot miss the zucchini muffin that comes w/the rotisserie chicken or the vegetable plate, it is so scrumptious and moist. The inside of the restaurant is very clean.

I normally don’t review fast food places, but this Arby’s is way fancy. It’s in the Three James Center lobby and feels like you’re walking through a hotel lobby(it is in very close proximity to the Omni Hotel as well). Given that I work in the area, it’s only to be expected that I would try it here eventually. –Food: This Arby’s is one of those upscale Arby’s with homemade sides and other homestyle alternatives.(Check the menu in my pictures). There are plenty of fresh and more natural items here, which is something that I’m not used when going to Arby’s. That said, my typical Arby’s fare consists of curly fries and their chicken tenders, so that’s what I ended up with. The food here was incredibly hot and I believe that they make just about all their food to order as they give you one of those hand buzzers that notify you when your meal is ready. They also have a variety of hot sauces and other sauces on every table. I’ve also had a few other things on future visits and the smokehouse brisket is incredibly good, and the way they make it actually looks like the pictures with a large unsquished bun. I was impressed. I know this is silly too, but they have an Arby’s exclusive(I think?) calorie free Juicy Peach tea. It’s really good. This has been a deciding lunch factor before. Seriously. –Cost: **Update: I think items here are a little more expensive than some of the Arby’s elsewhere, but I think it’s more of the city of downtown Richmond inflation and not price gauging. And honestly they do such a professional job the extra dollar doesn’t sting that bad. –Atmosphere: As mentioned previously, the interior here is sleek. It has a lot of the same qualities of the building that it is in and the hotel it shares the building with(gold trim, shiny exteriors, etc). It’s amusing to me to see some people dressed in casual clothes and an equally or large amount of people in business suits. –Service: Everyone here was extremely pleasant. Fast food restaurants are normally hit or miss, but the staff here seemed to care. –Overall: Yeah, it’s an Arby’s. However, if you’re in the mood for an Arby’s and in the area, this is a good one with plenty of options that not all Arby’s have. **Update: After having returned to this location a good dozen times or more, I have to say that this is probably the best, fastest, most polite, and overall best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. The 5 star update isn’t saying I think it’s better than fancy restaurants, but for fast food, this Arby’s really does pretty much everything right. I think it might be a little more expensive than other Arby’s, but I think that all downtown places are inflated a bit, but it’s worth it if you’re in the mood for fast food.

This place is like the Michelin 3-star Arby’s. Huge dining area, and they make your salads fresh and custom. It gets crowded right at noon. On a recent trip I held up the line a bit asking to see the ingredients in the salad dressing, and a couple of other things, and the lady checking me out said, «It must be so hard having all those allergies.» …I just let it stand.

The classiest Arby’s ever. They also serve items you’d typically find in a Boston Market, e.g., roast chicken, mashed potatoes, other typical sides, etc.
