Terrible Italian restaurant. I had dinner here because I was staying at the Omni. Food isn’t authentic or vibrant. It’s bland and mediocre food. Nothing tastes fresh. Only go if nothing else around is open but you’re better off elsewhere. They don’t even serve bread with dinner. I had to ask for it. Poo

Service is fantastic. However I’m convinced there is a 7 year old in charge of the kitchen. The«vegetable soup» is warm beans in a thick canned tomato paste. The«caprese salad» on the menu states that it is prepared with burrata. It arrived with sliced plain ol Mozzarella and appeared as though Stevie wonder had done the plate design. I’ve ordered room service here as well, also epic disasters. On the weekends many restaurants in downtown Richmond are not open for lunch but there are some great ones and it’s worth the effort to venture out and find something– ANYTHING– else.

Do you like salads and fresh good options at an amazing price? This is the place to go! It is located in the Omni Hotel. I always order a half salad with three cheeses, bacon, olives, tomatoes, almonds, red pepppers and onions. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!!! By the way, Carrie has the most friendliest and humble spirit adding to the total experience!

I had a great night at Trevi’s the food was very good and the service was outstanding. Rimon was a terrific waiter amd bartender. He made our travel expirence thru Richmond a memorable event which we will repeat.

This review is for the bar only! We enjoyed a glass of wine for me…(love that there is a 9 oz. option!), and a Rye Manhattan for Husband. Bartender was as nice as he could be. Comfy place to unwind before heading up to the room!

Don’t go here. Service and food was horrible. How do you mess up spaghetti and meatballs… well you boil the noodles in a burnt pot. Then you over cook said noodles. The sauce tasted out of the can and the meatballs tasted like what I would imagine dog food would taste like. If it wasn’t in the hotel this restaurant would have closed its doors by now.

I travel for work and I’ve eaten in many hotel restaurants all over the country. Generally they are mediocre at best. This place would have to improve a lot to be that good. The service was poor starting with the MIA hostess. We had to go find her. The pasta dish I had was awful! The noodles were hard and undercooked. It’s was dry with no sauce. Two bites and I sent it back without getting a replacement. The menus is very limited. Vote with your feet and walk down the street to Carey street and find another restaurant.

Food is mediocre; pretty typical quality for a hotel-restaurant. Have had a few dishes and nothing is memorable. The service is horrible. Last night the only server in sight was the bartender and he disappeared for about 10 minutes. I gave up and left. There are plenty if decent options in walking distance of the Omni hotel. Do yourself a favor and walk a block(or call for pizza from a local joint).

My husband and I had Trevi’s breakfast buffet after a lousy night at the Omni hotel. Ramon was our server and he was fabulous! The food was delicious, especially their scrambled eggs, chocolate muffins, home fries, and nice selection of organic fruit. Ramon was so attentive and even gave us a take home box to take some fruit home, and two bottles of water for our drive home. We highly recommend Trevi’s breakfast buffet!

After a terrible night’s sleep at the Omni(because of their poor beds), my wife and I really needed something to turn our stay around. Our hotel package included two breakfast buffets for this morning and we wanted to use them. Fortunately, Trevi’s was open at 7am and Rimon let us in. He went on to walk us through the buffet’s selection and everything looked delicious. We were very impressed with their large selection of organic fruit offered in the buffet. Even though we aren’t a gluten-free couple, Trevi’s even had a selection for those who are. Everything we chose to eat(egg-white with spinach and sausage, blueberry sausage, grits, additional scrambled eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes, biscuit & gravy, chocolate muffin) was delicious! What made our breakfast extra special at Trevi’s was Rimon. He was really personable as he came by to check on us often, which doesn’t happen often when eating from a buffet. He even offered us a take-out box to take home some more fruit. As my wife pointed out to me, it’s unfortunate that they’ll most likely just throw it out at the end of the day otherwise. Although we wouldn’t recommend the Omni hotel, we’d come back in a heart beat for their buffet, even if staying in another hotel in downtown Richmond!

Stayed at the Omni for a work trip and grabbed breakfast here with a colleague before a long day of putting the pen to paper(or fingers to keyboard) and get to workin’! I ordered the All-American Breakfast which comes with your standard breakfast foods. What I thought was particularly good, and worth the hype(please don’t read my post on Padow’s) was the Virginia ham. Ain’t no joke, son… this is the real deal and tastes pretty darn good. The service was nice and she explained things very well. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but what do you expect with hotel restaurants. If I’m staying at the Omni again, I know where I’m headed to for a sturdy breakfast that will leave me wanting for Virginia ham throughout the day. dmo out.

You know why I am giving Trevi’s 5 stars? 99% because of my waiter Stewart! Knowing that I had a long day ahead of me with work, I made sure to take FULL advantage of the buffet here since the restaurant was located right at my hotel. I am sure that my table was a sight to see as there were plates of food including an omelette from the omelette station, a bowl of greek yogurt and fresh fruit, home fries, bacon, sausage, and a dab of oatmeal. Homegirl was huuuuuuuuunnnnngry!(All the food was pretty solid breakfast food. No complaints). I knew Stewart was eyeing my table like«Whoa, this girl can eat,» but he was ever the professional and did not comment on it which I appreciated(I hate when folks make jokes regarding stuff like that when you don’t really know them, you know?). Anyway, he kindly asked me if I needed anything and was quick to bring the hot sauce and ketchup I needed and leave me alone to get to chompin’. At the end of the meal — and what left me so impressed — Stewart asked if he could clear the plates and, again, since there were so many, this time I acknowledged it. «I was hungry,» I said. «Plus, I have a long work day today. Have to work until 10 p.m. tonight!» «Well, that explains it,» he chuckled. «Why don’t you let me bring you a little to go box so you can at least bring some fruit with you to munch while you are working?» I told him no at first, but he insisted. You might think that was a small thing, but it wasn’t. I was tired and my back hurt and I wasn’t looking forward to a long day and Stewart’s kind consideration and thoughtfulness with just that one offer meant the world to me at that moment. My entire stay at the Omni was filled with really kind people, but my dining experience at Trevi’s really stood out because of him. Keep hiring great folks like Stewart and I am sure more and more people will be becoming regulars there!

Typical hotel food with a little bit higher than typical price. Flatbread pizzas are okay, but the sauce for the pasta selections is more than bland. Service was outstanding, which is what keeps me from giving 1 star.

Stopped here to get some dinner while staying at this hotel on a recent trip. It’s a pretty typical hotel bar with a scene that is mainly business people sitting at the bar after a day of work. I ordered the chicken parm sandwich and it was actually pretty decent. Obviously nothing near perfect, but for a hotel bar, they made a pretty good sandwich. Fresh bread and a pretty healthy serving. Cool spot to grab some food if you’re staying at the Omni and don’t feel like venturing out to dinner.

The service was good but the food was slightly below average. We went with a group of 10 people so we were able to order a variety of food and nothing stood out but The calamari was good… At the same time how can u f up a deep fried dish. I had the ribeye for an entrée an it was overlooked and dry :(
