I bought the whole chicken family dinner with 4 sides for $ 19.99 yesterday. I get home and find the 4 sides were individual sides, not family sides. Not enough at all for a family of 4, let alone my family of 3. I was expecting something like Boston Market where you really do get a meal for 4. If I had realized how small their ‘sides’ were, I would have bought a couple more sides while I was there. Very disappointed. Not impressed. Won’t be making that mistake again. If I want a quick baked chicken dinner with hot sides, I’ll stop at Krogers or Wegmans from now on and it will be cheaper and there will be enough food.

The food is average, but the Mac and Cheese is so dry and two half chicken meals is $ 30? What?! On top of it all you have to pay drinks separate? Why? What’s the purpose? I’m seriously going to eat dinner and not get a drink? This isn’t a full service restaurant, but c’mon!

Don’t come here if you are looking for cheap fast food! If you want a good tasting, well prepared, and healthier than most, quick meal in a comfortable environment, then this is your place. Most of the Arby’s restaurant’s in the Richmond area are owned by a franchise holder and offer a much broader and healthier menu than other Arby’s restaurants.
