Buyer beware! We just found out how this place can get away with lying and not standing behind anything. They are not corporate AT&T store. Going to this place is like taking your business to the kiosk in the mall. If you wouldn’t do that then don’t even go here.
The worst they suck in every sense of the word. Bought new phones and screen protectors — they insisted on putting the screens on. They screwed t up and now won’t replace it. Cooke me to deal with the company directly. Crooks!
Do not trust anything they say and just go somewhere else!!!

This is the worst store. It doesn’t get any worse than this they lie to you they tell you things that aren’t true they say they’re going to fix things and they don’t all with a smile on their face. Do not go to this store go to sugar land go to Katy go anywhere else but this store! They have screwed us out of hundreds of dollars and I have had to spend countless hours on the phone fixing their mistakes these people are liars and crooks and prey on people with plans that DONT exist they print out all this paper with all these numbers and then you get the bill and it’s nothing what they showed you! In the end I just can’t possibly say anything good about them. If you go in there they WILL make mistakes and YOU will pay for it I guarantee it.

After waiting almost 45 min and getting passed up in line by 2 people that came in after us we left. Too bad we are stuck in a contract or we would be going with another carrier.
