I have been moving and getting settled into my new home over the past year. One important thing on my to do list was to have my audio/​video system properly installed and set up.
Donny at Audio Exchange put me in touch with their install team. I set an appointment for Sundae to come out to consult exactly what I wanted. When he arrived we went over each piece of gear I purchased here at Audio Exchange and how we could maximize it’s use for home theatre/​2 channel stereo listing/​Digital Streaming/​even vinyl playback. I wanted my system to do everything.
A couple of days later when the team arrived (Sundae and Harold) they measured the wall space for mounting my TV and hiding the cords behind the drywall. Once the tv was wired and hung the next step was to make sure each and every piece of gear was hooked up properly. They went through the entire checklist and hardwired everything.
I though the team did an incredible job of customer service and took the time to discuss each and every step along the way.
I was extremely happy overall with the entire team. Thanks Donny, Sundae, and Harold. Great Customer Service… you’ve earned 5 stars!

In a day and age where everything’s online, there’s something in the experience of a storefront that just cannot be matched. In this case, it was Donny and the guys at Audio Exchange. I came in looking to put together a nice component stereo system within a budget. Donny did an incredible job of listening to my situation and wants and piecing together a system that has been an extreme pleasure to listen to.
Where Audio Exchange got it right for me was:
— awesome selection of high end equipment
— equipment that could fit any budget (from ramen noodles to filet mignon)
— knowledge staff
— a patient staff that never made me feel rushed or out of place
— great listening rooms
— passion for delivering great sound
I looked around and really couldn’t find anyone else standing in this arena around Richmond. I’m glad I found these guys and will be making my future audio purchases with Audio Exchange!
