Audio Express

My wife dropped her vehicle off at this location at 8 am and had an appointment for 9 am. At 530 pm she was still waiting on her car and my son still needed to be picked up from daycare. What’s the point of making an appointment if it will not be ready until 6 pm. All she was having installed was a remote car starter on her Acura RDX. I have had three of these installed on different vehicles in the past and never have had this problem. This is the last time I will use Audio Express. They could of least gave a discount on the labor. There are a great number of other places whom you can take your vehicle to and have it done in a set amount of time.

I wanted to install an aux jack into my acura Mdx 2007. They told me they can do it but they are going to need to order it and they require me to pay a $ 50 advance towards the $ 190 entire quote. I agreed and paid it to them.
After leaving the store they called and said that they didnt include an additional part which would cost an extra $ 30 and so the total would be $ 220. I told them that thats fine.
Next day they called again and said that the total would be $ 250 and instead of installing an auxillary connection, they would install something that would play the audio from the car FM radio. At this point I told them that I dont like the solution that they offering, cause I already have an FM transmitter i dont need another one for $ 250 freaking dollars. They told they can cancel my order but I would loose the money that I paid in advance and they would just keep my $ 50. Thats the reason I always use my American Express while dealing with the crooks. One phone call and they instantly charged back the dealer and gave me my money back. Better luck next time Mr Andy.

Years ago, I brought in an old CD player that I received for free when I purchased a used car. It was uninstalled and I was told that it didn’t always work properly hence why it was removed. I asked, Andy, to take a look at it and tell me if it was worth getting fixed or if it was worth just getting a new one. He had his technician review it and found that it worked fine, it just needed to be cleaned. Even though I was planning on installing it myself, he didn’t charge me a thing for this service and even gave me some tips on the installation.
Ever since then I have been a loyal customer and have bought a Navigation system, bluetooth and speakers for two different vehicles. Great customer service, I won’t go anywhere else in Richmond!

Got keyless car entry added to my car today… Service was awesome, they got me in for an appt at 9am and done at 10:15… Now that’s fast service. I am a very happy customer. The cherry on top was I didn’t have to pay for it at all. It was a gift from my co workers. Total cost of service $ 187.90… But for me… Free. What’s better than FREE?..
