After bringing three separate Amps here for repair, I am overjoyed to extend my 5 star review of Audio Visions. Each visit I was pleased with the customer service. Tom handles the front of the business and always has a pleasant conversation and initial consultation with the customer. Each time I have then received a follow up call once the gear is on the repair table to let me know exactly what is being done. When it’s ready I get that call as well. I’ve never had to wait more than 2 weeks and that is exceptional in this world of repairing audio/video gear. I trust these guys and look forward to doing more business there.

After being a regular customer, i have noticed that they do a poor job of tracking items being brought in. I had to call 5 times to get a status and after expressing frustration to the owner, did they happen to call the next day to say it was fixed. Don’t go here. Take you equipment somewhere else where they don’t lose track of your gear and make you wait 5 months to fix a simple knob.

Audio Visions has been around for over 20 some years and their service definitely reflects that. Don’t expect a complimentary latte when you walk in but do expect that your equipment will be fixed at the right price at the right time.
