It was awesome to see Avail in such a prime location. I went in with a friend yesterday for my first time in RVA and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
Mark answered all of my friend’s questions with vaping and really listened to what she wanted and was patient in explaining everything.
The setup is a little different in this store and it’s pretty neat. Not only do they have liquid testers on table, but also on the walls. Every flavor is showcased and plastic tips are located at the front to try the flavors.
Also, really appreciate the fact they support the military. Not only with a 15% discount, but by fund drives I found out they do to help support veterans and cool magnets showing their support as well.

I bought a Squirt battery from this story less than a year ago, have probably only used it a couple of months combined while trying to make the switch to vaping only. It’s no longer firing the atomizer, the battery lights up, I can change the wattage, it charges, just doesn’t fire the atomizer. I took it back to the Laburnum story, they said there was nothing I could do. A lot of money for a bad product that I didn’t get much use from, very disappointed. I noticed that they aren’t selling this product anymore… wonder why? I find there liquids to be expensive. Cary Street staff was very nice, Laburnum experience, not so much.
