Bare Escentuals

I am so in love with this line. I am glad they finally have a store at Stony Point I can go to and grab my favorite makeup. Seriously the best makeup for my crazy skin. I am happier with the product than the customer service sadly. It was the weekend and I was running my errands like the mad hatter– so I was dressed down compared to the lot of Stony Pointes shoppers nearby and apparently that meant I was not a worthy customer to be helped. I was interested in getting more information on the new products they had but sadly, i think i would rather go to Sephora or Ulta for my next makeup purchase. I still love the makeup but until the customer service improves at this store, I will probably not return.

I’m in love with my new favorite makeup line and this store! Sara, the assistant manager, not only did my eye makeup, but gave me lots of helpful application hints along the way. She also did one step at a time on one eye, then let me copy her on my other eye. I didn’t feel smothered at all! They were super friendly and helpful to me. And their eye shadows are gorgeous! Waaay better than Mac and about the same price. I’ll be back.

Maybe it was because I was the only customer in the store, but I felt rather smothered and just wanted to get out as soon as possible. I feel I would have enjoyed the experience more if I were given space to roam free.
Nevertheless, Bare Escentuals offers a variety of quality cosmetics that leaves one feeling very confident and fresh. Love the buxom lip gloss with the tingly peppermint.. .
