The most unprofessional office staff and dentist I have ever seen. He left my mouth with cavities and many unresolved issues. His billing clerk, Christina refused to submit my claim to my dental insurance because I told her I was unhappy with the crowns he put in. She sent me to collections. She wrote in her file I wasn’t in the mood to come in to discuss when in fact I had broken my ankle in three places and was immobile. I found Dr. Baum to be miserable and he refused to listen to me. I had been ill for five years and needed extensive work and have finally gone to the dentist office I should have in the first place, Virginia Family Dentistry run by the best-​Dr. Baxter Perkinson. I am filing a claim with the American Dental Association.

Dr. Baum is an outstanding dentist and I am exceptionally pleased with the level of professionalism exhibited by he and his staff. I’ve been a client of his for three years and I’m very happy after each of my checkups.
