Dr. Peters is fabulous. By far the most thorough, careful eye exam I’ve ever had. My husband and children have also had good experiences with his eye exams, and now my parents are also using him. Can’t recommend Dr. Peters highly enough!

Dr. Gray is an excellent, caring optometrist. He is a delightful person and takes time to address all concerns. Angie, the contacts technician, deserve awards for her customer service. I highly recommend Brook Run Vision.

Note: This review has nothing to do with the optometrists at Brook Run Vision Center, because I only got my glasses fitted here (prescription of another optometrist).

THE GOOD:
(1) Wide variety frame selections – everything from «no frills» to designer names; (2) The office is very organized and bright.
THE BAD:
(1) Wasn’t greeted when entering the office; (2) All frames were locked down… that means you cannot try on the glasses while you wait for an optician to help you.
(3) Long wait for arrival of glasses (2 weeks is at least what I consider long… I have never waited over a week at other offices)

Conclusion: There are better places to get your glasses/​contacts. This was my first visit and my last.

If I could give zero stars I would. We were next on the list to be seen for my son yo be fitted with glasses. We waited and hour and no one responded to the desk clerks page for an optician. They moved slow and didn’t seem to care one bit that there werr people waiting. I am so furious and disgusted because my son needs glasses and these are a very different prescription yo fill.
Do NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT. In this economy I am sure there are much better syores that actually care enough to try to see their customers!
